She cared for my dogs in a way I could only hope someone would (they are sweet and kind but not always firing on all cylinders). I was 8,000 miles away and not for a second doubted they were in good hands. She was professional, and detailed, and kind and friendly. My only gripe is that I think they like her more than me now. I would highly, highly recommend Kristie! She did such an amazing job with our dog Josie, who had just lost her sister a few days before we went away. Kristie made sure that Josie was comforted and had all the extra love and care so she didn't feel lonely. We also received daily pictures and updates so we knew Josie was well taken care of. Having lost a dog before we left, we were uneasy about leaving Josie behind. But Kristie made us feel 100% like Josie was in the best hands and we knew she genuinely cared for her like she was her own. That was very meaningful to us. And, when we returned home, Kristie left a very thoughtful gift for us, which was a plant in memory of the dog we had just lost. I can't say how much that meant to us.
