“What can I say!!!!! What an INCREDIBLE experience!!! This was our first time using Rover and we were so lucky to have found Tracey! An incredible woman with a loving family and an amazing way with our furbabies! This was our biggest concern, our dogs are like family to us, they live, sleep, eat, inside the house. They are used to apartment life although we recently moved into a large house with a yard and after only being here for a few months we leave for a planned vacation, I know they were probably thinking... WTH!!! Tracey quickly remedied any concerns we may have had, our two large dogs seemed to fit right in with her crew. Ranger is pretty easy going for an old man, but we often refer to Roxie as "Anxious Agnes" her anxiety levels are through the roof sometimes. They both seemed to adjust to Tracey and her home like they had lived there forever! While onboard the ship we received updates and pictures when possible and when we arrived back home, I'm not sure they wanted to leave! LOL Thank you so much Tracey for inviting us into your home and including our family as part of yours! I'm sure this is only the first of many vacations these two troublemakers will get to look forward to spending with you and yours!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“What impresses me most is that I have two very different types of dogs, and Stephanie has the skills and flexibility to handle them both. Clarity is an elderly, fragile little lap dog who needs a lot of sensitive care and attention. Stephanie listened carefully to her needs and provided her exceptional care. The other dog, Bubba, is tough, strong, highly independent, energetic, and intense, with a prey drive; he loves to play with toys and run fast. Stephanie regularly sent me photos and updates of the fun times he was having in the yard—for example, or of Clarity getting comfy in various spots in her home. Also, I appreciated that on short notice, Stephanie came right over and picked up my dogs. She also dropped them off for me, too, as I requested, so they’d be here to greet me when I arrived home. Raniyah was wonderful! She kept my 2 cats for a week and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The set up was great. The cats had the perfect combination of privacy and space, but still had plenty of human interaction. You can just tell the difference when someone genuinely cares about your pets emotional well-being. For example, she spent the week providing them water in a bowl, in a cup, as well as from the bathroom sink just to make sure my finicky cat had every possible option to stay well hydrated… and that’s just one example of personalized care my cats received. She even sent me daily updates, including pictures and videos! Needless to say,Raniyah will be our go to pet sitter from now on!
