“Sarah was exceptional. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the care she provided for our dogs. We have a Dutch Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix and a Chihuahua mix, and she did an amazing job with both of them. She was incredibly thorough, communicative, and responsive throughout the entire stay. She sent some absolutely incredible pictures that gave us peace of mind and showed just how comfortable and happy our dogs were in her care. Unfortunately, our dogs decided to be a little naughty while we were away and made quite a mess. Sarah cleaned up everything without complaint and went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a dog sitter. That level of dedication and care says a lot about the kind of person she is. I can’t say enough good things about her. She treated our dogs like they were her own, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about them. I needed someone to stay at our home a good part of the day & overnight - Louann was one of the few people I found who would be willing to do this. I was travelling out of the country and out communication for a week - Louann understood my anxiety about leaving my babies with her and everything went perfectly.
