“This was my first time I used Rover. I had to go out of town for a few days. Prior to leaving my Dog Dusty with Min, I took him over so she could meet him. When I first met Min, she was warm and friendly. When I was leaving, she immediately got acquainted with my dog and took him outside and walked him. Smokey can be very nervous and anxious in new situations, and he initially refused to eat, but Alexus was patient, caring, and determined to help him feel comfortable. She showed him so much love and attention, and before long he was settling in and doing much better. One of the things I appreciated most was the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. They gave me tremendous peace of mind and reassured me that Smokey was safe, happy, and receiving excellent care. It was clear from every update that she genuinely cared about his well-being. Honestly, Smokey had a better experience with Alexus than he has ever had at a traditional boarding facility. In fact, when we came home, his greeting was surprisingly underwhelming because he had been having such a great time!
