About: Back in 2023 I got my first job at 16 years old at Pet Suites as a “pet pro” which is a doggy daycare (and cats too) where you can drop your dogs off for the day while you’re at work or board them there while you’re on vacation. I also have done dog sitting outside of that job too, where I would go and take care of families dogs while they were on vacation and stay with the pets at their houses. I also was an active member of the FFA all throughout my high school years where I would raise pigs and show them at different shows. I just completed school and I’m about to go into subbing part-time at a middle school so my schedule is pretty open at the moment! I usually have a good consultation with the pet owners before dog sitting for them where I find out what they’re feeding schedule looks like and other information that would be necessary for me to know and on top of that I usually have them leave me with a list either virtually over the phone or physically on a piece of paper with all the information that I would need.

About: I have worked at Petsmart before. At Petsmart we are required to know what makes a dog comfortable while at a public place or somewhere other than home. I have watched over puppies 2 and 3 months old for my in laws a couple times now. My parents got a kitten that I helped take care of till I moved out about 10 months later. I own a chinchilla which is an exotic small animal. I’ve had her for a year. I’ve been fascinated by pets since I was a child and always do my research before taking care of an animal. I look forward to being of assistance. I fluctuate between part time and full time. I’m usually free tuesdays, wednesdays, and thursdays. I can schedule the time off if it’s 3 or 4 weeks in advance. I usually work mornings except for mondays, when I work evenings. I can always visit the pup or kitty during break and then spend the rest of the day with them after work. This will most likely be temporary until I can get a solid schedule here or at Home Depot. My apartment complex is very pet friendly. My building is only a few steps away from a dog park inside of the complex. The clubhouse has dog treats and I can provide as well based on age and diet. I will always ask any questions about what you would prefer for your fur baby. I have a chinchilla that stays in a cage as long as your pet is around. She is curious and will not hurt your pet even if they stick a paw in between the bars, which is hard to do anyways. My living room is a large space for any pet. I’m currently working part time, but I’m willing to do weekly stays with 2-3 weeks in advance notice. I also will require meet ups before every service in a public place. This is not going to be required for existing clients. I live in an apartment so I don’t currently own any pets, but everyone in my direct and extended family either has, or has had one that I’ve grown up with. I’m very familiar with animal routines and attributes. If something is bothering your pet, I will notice. I always keep in constant contact with whoever I petsit or help take care of for anything I may notice. Most of the time it’s things owners are already aware of, but I’ve always found it never hurts to ask and inform.

About: I've had dogs all my life and cats for a few years (my mother-in-law lived with us 30 years). I don't consider them pets--they are family. Presently, we have 4 dogs and a 55 gallon aquarium. We live in the Shores and I'd like to stay close (Rockwall/Heath). I'm retired, so this is a fun way to spend some time. Having used pet sitters myself, I understand the importance of having someone, you can trust, enter your home and ensure your pets are fed, water, and given ample rest breaks. I'm retired, so I have plenty of time to devote to pet sitting. When I commit to a job, my focus is on that job and to provide topnotch care for your baby. I will meet with you to get information on how you care for your pet(s). My goal is to treat them just how you do to minimize disruption for them, while providing you peace of mind. I know how it is to trust someone else with your best friends, so my goal is to allow you to be away, without worry. You can live life knowing that you will come home to your fur baby just as you left them.

About: I've taken care of cats for the past twelve years. Currently have a Persian cat named Bagel who is the definition of a scaredy cat. He usually keeps to himself. I am experienced with cats with kidney disease and can provide subcutaneous fluid. I work from home- so boarding situations I'll usually be around for feeding and for socializing with cats. I am available after 4:30 for drop in visits. I am very trust worthy and understand that every animal has their own needs and level of attention. I will be cautious to the instruction given and be patient when appropriate.

About: Welcome to my page! My passion is spreading the love, and we do that by being loving animal owners ourselves. I have been a caregiver for 25 years and have experience with animals small to large, hedgehog to horse. We love them all! We enjoy caring for a variety of animals and sharing toys, walks, and of course belly rubs. It really gives us a happy boost so we seek it out often. We are a house of many cards, actually animals. We have two dogs, 2 cats, and a bearded dragon. We’ve been blessed with the opportunity to help rescue and release some back yard birds like doves and finches. We really do have a niche for this! Safety and trust are my top priorities. I have a securely fenced backyard and take precautions based on each pet’s individual needs, behavior, routine, and current weather conditions. On walks, I use safe handling practices and avoid unnecessary interactions with unfamiliar animals. In the home, pets that do not get along are safely kept separate, and I follow owner-established routines to help minimize stress and anxiety. I believe good pet care also requires good communication, so I keep communication with owners open, respectful, and consistent. At this time, I offer limited short-term daytime boarding when circumstances require it, such as emergencies or helping with a pet’s pickup and care following a veterinary procedure.
