“Alyssa did a wonderful job caring for my cat Scout. And Scout is not easy to care for. She is 18 years old, arthritic, deaf, and partially blind. And she needs medication twice a day. Alyssa visited her for a half hour twice a day, gave her her medication, fresh food, and water, and cleaned her litter box. She also brought in the mail and turned on the porch light at night and turned it off in the morning. She sat and kept Scout company during each visit and sent new pictures of Scout to me so I could see that she was doing well. If you have an older cat that needs a little special attention, I would highly recommend hiring Alyssa as your cat sitter.”

About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 10 years old, and my family brought home our first dog. Now, I’m a pet parent to an extremely fluffy and needy great pyr as well as an equally needy and chatty siamese cat. I am no stranger to a dog brush, vacuum, or giving medication to the most unwilling canine clients. I am a full time middle school band director, so this is something I am interested in making part of my free time and hobbies! I am extremely organized with time management, so I can fit most things into my schedule with appropriate notice. I have a fenced in yard, cat litter box, and impact dog crate (great pyr sized), so I can accommodate different needs! My pets live on the couch during the day watching the news, so yours can too!

About: I've had dogs all my life and cats for a few years (my mother-in-law lived with us 30 years). I don't consider them pets--they are family. Presently, we have 4 dogs and a 55 gallon aquarium. We live in the Shores and I'd like to stay close (Rockwall/Heath). I'm retired, so this is a fun way to spend some time. About: i’ve taken care of dogs and cats since i was a tiny girl. I have two babies right now, duke a 4 year old German Shepherd, and Joey a 1.5 year old shorthair cat. I am well versed in diets and medications (duke has some gastrointestinal issues he is on medications for.) i am good at orally administering medications and knowing symptoms of illness in animals. i also am familiar with reactivity with dogs (again Mr.Duke lol) and a few other behavioral issues (jumping,nipping,pawing etc..) (i also will scoop litter 1-2 times a day for any kitties i’m watching) if you have any questions i’m an open book and more than willing to answer! I am currently employed at a bank. i get 45 minute lunches and my work schedule varies. i understand the importance for caring for animals so i will give your babies my top attention and care. My fiancé is also available to help me with any heavy lifting or cover for me with my own animals so i can ensure i have time to care for yours! I spend time with animals i sit and walk playing and caring for so we can build i structured trust. animals depend on a humans trust and dependability first, so i believe creating that bond is the most imperative part of the sitting and walking process! My pets at home are fed twice to three times daily with water consistently available to them. they are groomed and walked with regular vet checks. medications and surgeries as needed are ALWAYS done. i pride myself in being an amazing cat and dog mom.

About: I have a cat that I absolutely love! I treat all animals with kindness and respect and take great care of them. Growing up I had a dog for 16 years. As a former SPED teacher, I treat other people’s kids and pets with kindness and respect! I am a mom of two children, and also a fur baby! Being a teacher I have summers off so I mostly available in the summer. I am also available to help working professionals during weekday evenings and weekends. I have a yard enclosed with a fence so I’m happy to take care of your pet in my home. I have a home in Wylie Texas with a fenced yard for your pet! About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. I rescued 2 lovely dogs and foster failed one, but she is still lovely like the others! Currently, the ones I have are 2 senior dogs, so I go the extra mile to make sure they have their medications and everything that they need because they are considered family. The third dog I rescued from a family member who had an allergy issue with her, but that's not stopping me from taking care of that fur baby. What I love about taking care of dogs is that every dog I meet, I consider them family. I would watch my friends, family members and my neighbors dogs if they needed me to. I like to do a meet and greet with you and your furbaby before I watch them to make sure they are comfortable with me. I am occupied between 7 am- 8:30am. I am free after 8:30 am and then 5pm-6pm and free after 6pm so the majority of the days I am free. I will feed them and give them all the attention and cuddles. I let them outside to play and I will bring them toys if you will allow me too. I also take them on walks if they enjoy them.

About: I have worked with animals my whole life. I absolutely adore animals, any animals! I use to work with my aunt at the clinic she works at helping her care, feed, water, clean and play with the animals that would board there. I also help her with the animals that she fosters. I do lots of research on animals and learn how to handle them and care for them. I am pretty acknowledged with animals. I know different types of breeds and their behaviors and the care they need.
