Piper’s stay with Jamie was great!! Jamie kept me up date on Piper while I was away, which helped ease my stress cause we are not apart often. She sent pics. Ngan was amazing! We were so nervous about leaving Oliver and Luna with a pet sitter for the first time, but she immediately put us at ease. Her dog-friendly home and calm, knowledgeable demeanor made us feel comfortable from the start. Right before drop-off, we accidentally nicked Oliver's nail while trimming it, and she was waiting at the door with grooming powder to help stop the bleeding. That’s someone who truly knows how to take care of pups. When we picked them up, they were freshly bathed, tired, and happy. Thank you for going above and beyond and taking such wonderful care of our babies. Ngan truly exceeded our expectations!
We hired Nithimas to watch our sweet Ruby while we were away for a week, and she was fantastic from start to finish. We especially appreciated the daily updates and photos—it gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She followed all of our instructions closely and was always quick to respond to messages. When we got home, our dog was happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious she genuinely care about the pets she look after.
