They happily set up a meet and greet beforehand so the dogs could get familiar and we could make sure everyone was a good match. At drop-off, they even let us take our time and ease the dogs in, which made the transition so much smoother. While we were away, they sent regular photo updates and answered our questions quickly, which gave us real peace of mind. Eloise was amazing with Cookie! She was incredibly attentive, giving him extra walks to beat the heat, and keeping him active with creative games like a doggie ball pit and treadmill. Ngan was amazing! We were so nervous about leaving Oliver and Luna with a pet sitter for the first time, but she immediately put us at ease. Her dog-friendly home and calm, knowledgeable demeanor made us feel comfortable from the start. Right before drop-off, we accidentally nicked Oliver's nail while trimming it, and she was waiting at the door with grooming powder to help stop the bleeding. That’s someone who truly knows how to take care of pups. When we picked them up, they were freshly bathed, tired, and happy. Thank you for going above and beyond and taking such wonderful care of our babies. Ngan truly exceeded our expectations!
