When I first met Min, she was warm and friendly. When I was leaving, she immediately got acquainted with my dog and took him outside and walked him. We booked for a week and were at ease with all the pictures we received. More importantly, our dog looked so happy and calm in the pictures. Sometimes, pictures can appear forced but not Heather’s. We could tell by our dog’s face that he was in a welcoming and safe environment. We have found a keeper with Heather!
Jahnavi and her husband were wonderful with our two dogs, Luna and Bruce! From the start, they were patient and understanding as the pups got used to a new place and new people. They happily set up a meet and greet beforehand so the dogs could get familiar and we could make sure everyone was a good match. At drop-off, they even let us take our time and ease the dogs in, which made the transition so much smoother. While we were away, they sent regular photo updates and answered our questions quickly, which gave us real peace of mind. Luna and Bruce clearly enjoyed their time: they loved the backyard and their walks. We’re so grateful for the care and attention they gave our dogs and would absolutely book with Jahnavi again. Piper’s stay with Jamie was great!! Jamie kept me up date on Piper while I was away, which helped ease my stress cause we are not apart often. She sent pics. Piper seemed happy when I picked her up, not at all stressed. I would recommend Jamie for your fur baby, she and her team( family) were great!!!
Eloise was amazing with Cookie! She was incredibly attentive, giving him extra walks to beat the heat, and keeping him active with creative games like a doggie ball pit and treadmill. She gave regular, sweet updates that kept us completely at ease during our trip. Cookie felt so comfortable and safe with her. Ngan was amazing! We were so nervous about leaving Oliver and Luna with a pet sitter for the first time, but she immediately put us at ease. Her dog-friendly home and calm, knowledgeable demeanor made us feel comfortable from the start. Right before drop-off, we accidentally nicked Oliver's nail while trimming it, and she was waiting at the door with grooming powder to help stop the bleeding. That’s someone who truly knows how to take care of pups. When we picked them up, they were freshly bathed, tired, and happy.
