Whenever we drop her off she's wagging her and tail and excited to see Melissa again! Melissa and her boyfriend are very active, they are always taking Collins on long walks or hikes. They send lots of pictures and keep me in the loop about how Collins is doing. They have also been really flexible with pick up and drop off and even dropped Collins off at our house one time when we couldn't be there to pick her up. Piper’s stay with Jamie was great!! Jamie kept me up date on Piper while I was away, which helped ease my stress cause we are not apart often. She sent pics. Eloise was amazing with Cookie! She was incredibly attentive, giving him extra walks to beat the heat, and keeping him active with creative games like a doggie ball pit and treadmill. She gave regular, sweet updates that kept us completely at ease during our trip. Cookie felt so comfortable and safe with her. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Eloise to anyone!
Ngan was amazing! We were so nervous about leaving Oliver and Luna with a pet sitter for the first time, but she immediately put us at ease. Her dog-friendly home and calm, knowledgeable demeanor made us feel comfortable from the start. Right before drop-off, we accidentally nicked Oliver's nail while trimming it, and she was waiting at the door with grooming powder to help stop the bleeding. That’s someone who truly knows how to take care of pups. When we picked them up, they were freshly bathed, tired, and happy. Thank you for going above and beyond and taking such wonderful care of our babies. Ngan truly exceeded our expectations!
We hired Nithimas to watch our sweet Ruby while we were away for a week, and she was fantastic from start to finish.
