Heather has restored our faith in Rover! She was kind enough to do a meet and greet with us at a local dog park so we could make sure our dog was comfortable. He was and Heather was so friendly. We booked for a week and were at ease with all the pictures we received. More importantly, our dog looked so happy and calm in the pictures. Sometimes, pictures can appear forced but not Heather’s. We could tell by our dog’s face that he was in a welcoming and safe environment. We have found a keeper with Heather!
Lea and her family are absolutely amazing. My dog, Kiya, loved her stay, and Lea kept me updated with pictures and videos throughout, which gave me so much peace of mind. Kiya looked so happy in every update, and that really allowed me to relax and fully enjoy my vacation. I will definitely be using them again. It truly feels like a home away from home for Kiya.
I am a repeat Lizzie booking. She always gives great care to Baxter and sends such great photos of him during his stay. She takes great care of him and even now provides mats for him to walk on the slicker floors. She does a great job of communicating and keeping me up to date with what he is up to and what his favorite spots are. If you are looking for someone to take as good as (if not better) care for your pet, I recommend Lizzie for the job!
Eloise was amazing with Cookie! She was incredibly attentive, giving him extra walks to beat the heat, and keeping him active with creative games like a doggie ball pit and treadmill. She gave regular, sweet updates that kept us completely at ease during our trip. Cookie felt so comfortable and safe with her. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Eloise to anyone!
We hired Nithimas to watch our sweet Ruby while we were away for a week, and she was fantastic from start to finish. We especially appreciated the daily updates and photos—it gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She followed all of our instructions closely and was always quick to respond to messages. When we got home, our dog was happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious she genuinely care about the pets she look after.
