Eloise was amazing with Cookie! She was incredibly attentive, giving him extra walks to beat the heat, and keeping him active with creative games like a doggie ball pit and treadmill. She gave regular, sweet updates that kept us completely at ease during our trip. Cookie felt so comfortable and safe with her. We hired Nithimas to watch our sweet Ruby while we were away for a week, and she was fantastic from start to finish. We especially appreciated the daily updates and photos—it gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She followed all of our instructions closely and was always quick to respond to messages.
