Robin assured me that Sugar was doing fine with occasional texts, photos and two videos. I was a little worried at first because I’m used to getting more videos of Sugar interacting with other dogs. After we picked up Sugar, she was still her happy and playful self. I’m sure she was in good hands during her entire stay. Robin even bathed Sugar on pick up day so she came home nice and clean!! First of all, I want to thank Teresa for taking such good care of our dog, Soonie. We are so happy knowing that Soonie had a wonderful time in a comfortable and loving environment with a good friend. We are truly grateful for Noor’s meticulous messages and constant updates about Dilara. Despite being a very timid cat, Dilara initially hesitated to step out of her carrier. However, she eventually emerged and allowed Noor to pet her. She happily ate and spent time sitting by the window, enjoying her surroundings. We are immensely thankful to Noor for taking such good care of her.
