“What can I say!!!!! What an INCREDIBLE experience!!! This was our first time using Rover and we were so lucky to have found Tracey! An incredible woman with a loving family and an amazing way with our furbabies! This was our biggest concern, our dogs are like family to us, they live, sleep, eat, inside the house. They are used to apartment life although we recently moved into a large house with a yard and after only being here for a few months we leave for a planned vacation, I know they were probably thinking... WTH!!! Tracey quickly remedied any concerns we may have had, our two large dogs seemed to fit right in with her crew. Ranger is pretty easy going for an old man, but we often refer to Roxie as "Anxious Agnes" her anxiety levels are through the roof sometimes. They both seemed to adjust to Tracey and her home like they had lived there forever! While onboard the ship we received updates and pictures when possible and when we arrived back home, I'm not sure they wanted to leave! LOL Thank you so much Tracey for inviting us into your home and including our family as part of yours! I am fully satisfied with Donessa and Dylan’s services. They take a good care of our furry baby Juni. They followed Juni’s food and medicine schedule, took her for walk everyday and sent her pictures everyday. Most interesting part is Dog Report card. I love that. Willing to take their services again in next time.
Christian has been an excellent pet caretaker. I left my red heeler with him for a week and I see it in my dog’s face. He was happy to be there and the treatment as to my dog and me is second to none. Will trust him again with all three of my pets that I have I do recommend his services. Excellent person.
We used Jay & Caitlin again recently for a last minute family emergency, and they were amazing. They responded quickly and were incredibly accommodating on short notice, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during a stressful time. Cooper always has a great time at Alicia's house. He's always well cared for. I receive photos and/or videos daily showing me what Cooper is doing. I always board with Alicia and family when I'm out of town as I know i don't have to worry about Cooper in her/their care. I highly recommend Alicia for boarding you dog.
Rachel loved on Niya like she was their own. My dog made herself at home completely and got daily snuggles and care. As we were celebrating my brother’s hectic wedding, we were welcomed daily with videos and pictures of our furry baby interacting and having the very best time. They completely opened up their homes, and the furry family and made Niya feel completely at home. Rachel’s home is pet friendly, immaculately clean and stocked with all the furry friend essentials.
