Our routine includes scheduled feedings, walks, playtime, training, supervised outdoor time, crate/rest periods, medication when needed, and plenty of one-on-one attention. We keep a structured routine while also adjusting to each dog’s individual needs. Because we do this professionally, we’re used to managing multiple dogs while making sure each one gets the attention, supervision, and care they need. Our goal is for every dog staying with us to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while they’re away from home. I focus on providing a safe, calm, and structured environment whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. I follow all care instructions closely, maintain clean and secure spaces, and always prioritize a pet’s comfort and routine. I’m experienced with crate use when requested, proper leash handling, and monitoring behavior to ensure pets remain safe, relaxed, and well cared for at all times.

About: I’ve recently grown to love taking care of dogs. The mindset I had when I walked into my first dog sitting job is not the mindset I have today. I felt nervous of the responsibility and risk, but now, I am confident, the playfulness of dogs in general lowers the stress of the job! I enjoy time with dogs and understanding them for the future when I can have my own. I also have a semester of experience with animal management from my senior year, giving me the opportunity to groom dogs, provide hygiene and play voluntarily. The opportunity also allowed me to study behaviors and important things to keep in mind about caring for dogs. Presently, I work as a host on the weekends, normally just a morning or a night shift, but if requested two weeks ahead of time, I could request days off, therefore I am able to be available all day as needed! Although Mondays - Wednesdays I have classes on campus. Mondays and Wednesdays I’m non-negotiably unavailable 11-4 pm. Tuesdays I am only unavailable 12-2 pm. Overall, besides my class schedules, I can make availability open! My home is normally not an option for care due to young children present. In client’s homes, I remain present at the house all day unless an important matter comes up, I will temporarily leave, not for long. I like to include playtime, keep the dogs busy and make sure they behave using tactics with treats. I prefer to stick to a consistent schedule throughout the days such as specific feeding times, time of day to walk the dogs, and any house maintenance schedules I should be aware of. I am able to sleep comfortably with dogs if wanted and walk them often, as long as the dog is not beyond my strength to handle.

I only expected her to spend maybe 15 minutes and leave but I could see on my cameras that she stayed close to 2 hours on some days all the time doing something for the cats. She cleaned the litter boxes, fed them, gave them treats, cleaned up their messes, filled their water every day, held them, etc.). I highly recommend Rylie and will request her again.”

About: I have always been a big animal lover, and love seeing the different personalities each animal has. My friends call me the dog whisperer 😄 Even with shy/skiddish dogs I have trained my dog the standard commands along with shake, high five, turn, and speak I do work a full time job Monday-Friday until 4:30. I am free on the weekends for boarding, or also on the weekdays if you pet is kennel trained If looking for dog walking, please let me know if your pet does not do well with other animals so I can make arrangements to leave my dog at home, or if I need to not walk multiple animals at once I live in a home on 3 acres, so there is plenty of room to play fetch, frisbee, etc. I also have a doggy door that leads to the fenced in backyard yard. For dogs that aren’t used to a doggy door I still keep an eye out on them for when they might need to go out, and most of the time they learn how to use the doggy door pretty quickly. So any pets that love to hang out outside, have access to sun bathe if they’d like 😊 Just leave me with a feeding schedule, or any other specific instructions and I will love and take care of your fur baby like they were my own 🩷

About: Growing up in me old neighborhood all my neighbors would come to me to take care of their pets when they went out on vacations because they saw how much I really loved to be around animals and how much I knew about how to care for them. I’ve come home from college and now I’m working part time usually in the morning meaning I have time throughout the day to watch over and care for new pets! I have a fenced yard outside a pretty spacious interior and younger siblings who love animals as much as I do that will keep your fur baby entertained!
