Lisa and David were my first experience. We had to travel out of town for the holidays and couldn’t take our dog Ruby. The initial meet and greet went well. Ruby seemed comfortable and Lisa and David were very friendly and answered any questions I had so we moved forward and booked. Ruby was with them for 5 days and I was sent several pics each day with updates and overall how Ruby was adjusting. She looked happy and calm which took my stress away! Courtney was so wonderful! I left my pup for 3 days — from meet n greet to drop off, throughout his whole visit, and up until pickup I felt very at ease and knew Ryder was in a great place! Wow, where to begin. Galina and her family were absolutely amazing temporary parents to my Teddy. I had great feelings from our initial meeting that I knew my fur baby would be in great hands while we were out of the country for 9 days. She went above and beyond to understand him ahead of time, even stayed by him as he ate his first few meals (my dog doesn’t eat when he is away from me), spoiled him on so many walks, sent me updates in the morning and evening along with so many pictures, and she even let him sleep in her bed!! He was spoiled! I have never used Rover before and I am so very pleased I found Galina and her family. I loved that she only accepted one dog at a time and I wouldn’t have to worry about multiple dogs needing attention.
