Great host! Prompt communication and feedback. Even though it was a short few hours stay, Selena shared multiple updates throughout. And most importantly, Mylo seems had good time with new friends. Will definitely book again.

About: Looking for a calm, pet-free home where your dog will receive lots of love and attention? I’d love to help! Hi! I’m Caitlyn, a teacher, wife, and mom of four. I know trusting someone with your dog is a big decision, and my goal is to make both you and your pup feel completely at ease. One of the things that makes our home unique is that we don’t have any pets of our own. Your dog won’t have to adjust to unfamiliar animals or compete for attention. Instead, they’ll enjoy a peaceful environment where they’re the center of our care. Our family truly loves dogs. My four children are gentle, kind, and always excited to welcome a furry guest into our home. Every interaction is closely supervised, and we’re happy to match your dog’s personality. If they love to play, they’ll have enthusiastic companions. If they prefer naps and quiet cuddles, we’ll happily give them the calm space they need. We also have a large, fully fenced yard where your dog can safely run, play, and explore. I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medications, and any special instructions you provide. I know that keeping a familiar routine helps dogs feel comfortable and secure. As a teacher, I’m home on weekends, holidays, and school breaks, which are often when families need dependable pet care the most. Throughout your dog’s stay, you’ll receive regular photos and updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy, safe, and well cared for. My goal is simple: to provide a safe, loving home where your dog feels comfortable from the moment they arrive, and where you can enjoy your time away with complete peace of mind. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pup! As a full-time teacher, I primarily offer boarding on weekends, holidays, and school breaks. During the school year, your dog will enjoy a consistent routine with morning care before work, afternoon and evening playtime, walks, feeding, and lots of family attention. During holidays and summer break, I’m home much more and can provide even more one-on-one care. I only accept bookings that fit my schedule so every dog receives the attention and love they deserve. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my highest priorities. We have a large, securely fenced yard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under supervision. Because we don’t have any pets of our own, your dog won’t have to compete for attention or adjust to unfamiliar animals. Our home is clean, smoke-free, and family-oriented. We have four children who absolutely love dogs, and all interactions are closely supervised to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Whether your dog enjoys playing fetch outside or curling up for a nap indoors, we’ll tailor their stay to their personality and routine. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is loved and well cared for.

Victoria was so accommodating and flexible as we were coming from Michigan and weren’t sure how long our travels would take. She watched our pup so we could go through the Creation Museum nearby. Her yard was great and her pups were so friendly. This was our dogs first ever drop off and she was timid at first but warmed up to Victoria quickly ?

About: I have 2 dogs, 2 cats. And several fosters through the year. So I run a small pack here. I am very experienced with managing multiple pets at a time. I work from home. A cat sleeps on my desk. And one or two dogs will sleep under it. I work from home. I begin the day by feeding the pack. Followed by vacuuming the mountains of fur. Followed by some morning calls. Then a walk if the weather is nice. And another one in the evening. Then move on to dinner, and bed time. Dogs usually sleep on or near the bed depending on the dog. The cats will do their cat thing. When a new pet comes into the home for boarding, I keep a close eye on things. I make sure to give them some time to decompress alone if needed. And then I introduce them to the pack. I keep a close eye on food and toys as they can sometimes lead to arguments. If I step out I may lock them up. Until I am comfortable that they will be ok unsupervised.

First of all, I am so thankful that Naga accepted to watch Quincy at the last minute. She maintained great communication throughout the entire stay and constantly updated me about Quincy, which gave me peace of mind. Naga was also very thorough in making sure Quincy received the right care by asking questions and verifying her preferences and needs. I had to extend for a few extra hours and ended up being late picking up Quincy because our church activity lasted longer than expected, but she was very accommodating and understanding. I truly can’t thank her enough for taking such great care of my fur baby. I highly recommend Naga for her excellent communication, flexibility, and genuine care for pets!

I was so nervous using Rover, but Lisa and David were amazing! My dog and I had the best experience! I loved getting photos, videos, and updates during his stay. He came home tired each day. They're yard is HUGE! Perfect for my energetic 1 year old husky mix! He got all the love and attention he needed throughout the day. I highly recommend booking with Lisa and David. I'll be using their service again very soon.

About: I’ve been a groomers assistant and bather at a grooming shop and doggie daycare for a few years in past and I’ve been dog and house sitting for years and I have had a few dogs of my own. I get excited to see every dog and cat I meet, they really make my day. If you’re out of my walking radius and still would like me to care for your pets you can provide transportation fees then I’d be happy to accept the jobs if I’m available that are last minute when you can’t find someone else. This is my only job, caring for pets now. I have worked for over 30 years and I have found pet sitting to be the best retirement gig for my wellbeing. So I’m available quite a bit. I can walk dogs or do house visits for either cats or dogs. I can also bathe dogs and have a dog bathing room on site. I can also pick up supplies for your pet at pet store

I would give Tiffany 10 Stars if I could! I recently tried putting Big Boy in doggie daycare. It did not end well. He got scared and was crying and they put him in what they called "time out". I later learned time out meant that he spent the entire day by himself. My son told me about this app and I decided to give it a shot. I could not be happier. Tiffany is not only the nicest person ever, but she also genuinely loves dogs. When I took big boy back the morning after his first visit, he was actually excited to be there which is a huge milestone for a dog that's got separation anxiety. Big boy and Tiffany's dog played together all day. She sent numerous photos and gave me great rundowns of the events of each day. She is amazing and I give you my word, she will not disappoint!

Alyssa is a great host. She took great care of Ocean and kept us updated with photos and messages. Ocean usually takes some time to warm up to new people, although he gets along well with small dogs easily and same with Puck. She was incredibly patient and gave him the time and space he needed to build trust. It was clear she genuinely cared about making him feel comfortable. We would be happy to book with her again.

About: What sets us apart is our experience raising and training a dog from puppyhood through 16 wonderful years. We are a couple, one of us can work from home, so dogs are rarely alone and receive extra walks, backyard breaks, and consistent one-on-one care. Our calm, quiet home has no kids nor other pets, making it ideal for house-trained dogs, small breeds, seniors and pups who thrive with routine, attention, and a loving environment. Pet care fits seamlessly into our routine. We are flexible and remote so someone can be home most if not all weekdays, but also both fully available before and after work, and weekends. Dogs are rarely alone and enjoy frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and backyard time throughout the day. Mornings, evenings and weekends, we’re both home, ensuring consistent care, companionship, and a calm, comfortable environment. We care for dogs in our home with lots of attention and consistency. We have a clean, calm space with a fenced yard for safe outdoor time and take regular walks in our dog-friendly neighborhood. We follow each dog’s usual routine for meals, potty breaks, and rest, and make sure they get plenty of one-on-one attention so they feel comfortable, happy, and right at home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Celina commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 2,304 sitters in Celina, 89% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
