13. Mira S.
“Mira and I have been living together for well over 4 years, and she has always shown extreme care and compassion for animals. She was able to fast-track an application to become a foster mom for a dog rescue group in Dallas. She fostered 4 dogs over 9 months, which included two puppies and a sick dog that she cared for during its heartworm treatments. During this time, she never missed the opportunity to give her attention to the animals and ensure they were comfortable in the new environment. Perhaps the only other people I have met that show her level of cars for the dogs were other long-term foster parents volunteering for the rescue group.”

17. Diana S.
About: I had two dogs of different breeds - a Chihuahua and a Russian Borzoi, now I’m not ready to have dogs again, but I really love them and would love to spend time with your pets. I live in an apartment, but the property has a groomer's room, a dog walking area, and several parks and green areas nearby. It would be great if you bring your pet’s favorite toys and/or his usual blanket/bed with you, so that he feels more comfortable in my home. I have experience with puppies and there is nothing in my house that your pet could ruin, so I am not afraid of active dogs or puppies that chew everything around. I study part-time at university and work as a substitute teacher, it's not a permanent job and I can go to work either twice a month or eight days a month, but that's still a lot of time at home. I choose my own working days and, as a part-time student, I do not have a specific class schedule, I study in my free time, so I can stay at home with your pets. I have the opportunity of taking the dog for long walks if she needs more activity. All hygiene procedures such as brushing teeth, bathing, combing are not a problem, provided that your pet does not react aggressively to this.
18. Brionna P.

20. Jenny F.
“Jenny F. grew up with pets...cats, dogs, and horses. She loved all of them and they loved the attention that she lavished on them. After leaving the farm, whenever she returned, it was always status quo. They certainly loved it when she returned! Even the new additions to "our bunch" found her attention immediately gratifying. The purring, the tails waging and the ears pointing forward were always signs they appreciated her special ways. Presently, with her own dog, we see a type of affection that certainly warrants our recommendation. Therefore, based on all the years of observing Jenny with pets we would definitely encourage you to utilize her as a responsible and loving dog (pet) caregiver.”
