Our schedule is generally open. We work from home and a SAHM. Our children are grown and we have plenty of time to take care of your pups. Boarding takes place in our home with lots of open space and a backyard for pups to let out energy. - Meal times are twice a day in the morning and in the evening and everyone gets to go out every couple of hours. - We are able to watch all pets in our care at all times. Our home is rarely unoccupied and all rooms have cameras. But we do need pets be able to be left alone for 4 hours to enable us to do normal activities like keeping various appointments, shopping, etc. - We keep all pickups and drop offs between 7 AM and 9 PM. However, travel disruptions are known to happen and we can work with you if you are impacted.

Safety, trust & environment

We care for all pets like our own. We separate large breeds from small ones and isolate dogs that are reactive or are unable to be social. We provide water, food and outdoor access at schedules requested by the pet owner. - Above all else, we value safety, comfort and a stress free environment for everyone. For manageability and the safety of everyone in our care, we do not board any mix or pure breeds of Pit Bulls, Pit Bully or American Staffordshire Terriers. No exceptions. Depending on how the meet and greet proceeds, we may selectively not board pure breeds of Mastiffs, Cane Corso, Wolf Hybrids or breeds we believe will pose a risk to other pets and humans. Obviously, this can not be an exhaustive list. - We have a fenced yard and there are multiple cameras to assist us in keeping an eye on them at all times. - Please note that we may have more than one dog from separate families or more than one dog from the same family at a given time. We manage count based on breed, temperament, size and just safety, comfort for everyone and manageability. Our profile says that we have one dog. Experience tells us that people tend to confuse that to mean we board only one dog at a time. The profile just indicates that we have one of our own. Not to be confused with meaning that we serve only one pet owner at a time.

Information Debasish & Adrija K. would like to know about your pet

We want pet owners to trust us with their furry friend's vaccination records and medical information for emergency purposes. We may want to have an 'introduction/orientation session'. Since dogs may behave differently when away from their owners, it helps if these sessions are scheduled for a couple of hours and are unsupervised. These can be proposed by either you or us if we feel it to be helpful. - When you bring in your pet in for a meet and greet, we would most certainly want to talk to you and answer all your questions, but please know that the event is also for us to get to know your family member and for them to feel comfortable with us (smell us, express a response). A short leash is a good idea because then they are not distracted or as tempted to wonder off and ignore us. Sometimes that might just be a stress response. Sometimes it is a rabbit or a squirrel. That is ok, But if they ignore us the entire time, it will not be the best meet and greet. - Please understand that we can not be responsible for electronics and devices left on or with the dog. We have seen Airtags, Bluetooth trackers, GPS collars, miniature cameras and other devices being destroyed when they are playing with each other. We don't want you to be upset if they are damaged. Please remove them before dropping off your pet. - We enjoy what we do. We want your family member to enjoy their stay with us too. - Above all else, we value safety, comfort and a stress free environment for everyone. For manageability and the safety of everyone in our care, we do not board any mix or pure breeds of Pit Bulls, Pit Bully or American Staffordshire Terriers. We will need to know your pets breed and must remain compliant with all laws and ordinances, and all males over a year old must be neutered.

A typical day

We like to engage in games of fetch. With my dog though, it becomes a pursuit and an unexpected adventure of her training us to chase her around. Other times, we go out for walks taking care to dodge squirrels and rabbits in our neighborhood. In our interaction sessions, we focus on instilling good behavior and social skills, provided their health and temperament allows. Encouraging interaction with dogs of similar size enhances the play experience, creating a comfortable environment for our four legged friends to enjoy. When the weather cooperates, walks around the neighborhood are enjoyed. - Meal times are in the morning around 8 to 9 AM and evening around 5 to 6 PM. If you prefer a different schedule, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate. If you will be dropping off home cooked food, we request that you limit that to stewed/boiled pure proteins without spices. For safety reasons, we can not accept raw meat drop off. However, we are also willing to provide any commercially available cooked meat to your pet ourselves. - They get to go outside about every couple of hours during the day. If the weather is nice, they can stay out as long as they want to play. And are let out in groups of similar size. They are always under our supervision whether inside or out. - Walk times around the block are either in the morning or the evening depending on weather. the health of the dog and if they are reactive or leash trained. - Around 9 PM, they go out to the yard for the last time. Are provided treats/snacks as requested and lights are out at 10 PM. If parents prefer, they will be given personal space in play pens so that they feel secure in their own little area when they turn in for the night.

Love, Care, Safety & Service

Pet care experience

As a home owner with a fenced yard and lifelong dog owners, we understand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for your furry family members. Our Great Pyrenees is a seasoned old lady and with her natural shepherding instincts, takes pride in ensuring everyone feels secure and protected. We are dedicated to accommodating all the special care needs of your dog, whether they are young or old, and treat them with the same love and care as we do our own. We prioritize safety above anything else. We believe that while your dog should be happy to see you when you return, they should also want to come back to us. Health is the next priority. They should be comfortable and not feel threatened or bullied. They get to go out regularly to do their business and will be left alone to enjoy their meals and rest times. Your cherished companion will discover a home away from home with us.

Debasish and Adrija took care of our Great Pyrenees for a week . They took good care, sending photos and videos. I would recommend them for future boarding.

Debasish & Adrija took care of both of our dogs this past week and they were super communicative and attentive to both of our puppers. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying too much. I'm so grateful that we found someone we can trust with our dogs.

We always board our dog with them. They have always shown a level of care and concern for him that is above and beyond what most boarders show. It feels good to know he is in safe and caring hands while we are traveling.
