About: I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats with a wide range of ages, sizes, personalities, and care needs. Everything from individual pets to large multi-pet households. I’m experienced with puppies, senior dogs and cats, large and active breeds, shy or anxious pets, separation anxiety, medication routines, and animals that need extra patience, exercise, enrichment, or companionship. I’m confident managing homes where several pets have different feeding schedules, personalities, and routines, and I anlways adapt my care to the individual animal. Animals are also a huge part of my everyday life. At home, I have two dogs and seven rescue cats, along with two horses, a miniature donkey, and chickens. My broader animal-care background also includes experience with birds, reptiles, fish, and farm animals, along with extensive plant care. Caring for such a wide variety of animals has made being observant, organized, and attentive to the little details second nature to me. My background also includes an advanced college-level Animal Science course and a Veterinary Medicine course, both completed with an A+ average. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and subcutaneous injections when provided with clear instructions. I also worked for two years as the head equine manager at a therapy barn and have trained horses for five years. That experience taught me to stay calm and confident, read body language carefully, recognize subtle signs of stress or discomfort, and adjust my handling to the animal in front of me. When you leave your pets with me I want you to be able to enjoy your time away without worrying about what is happening at home. I follow feeding, medication, exercise, and household instructions closely, send regular photos and updates, and make an effort to keep your pets’ routine as normal as possible. I also take caring for your home seriously and keep pet areas and the home clean and organized. Detailed instructions and multi-step routines don’t overwhelm me. Having the information I need to care for your pets exactly the way you want is my priority. Animals have always been a major part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is getting to know each animal’s individual personality and earning their trust. Some pets want lots of playtime and activity, while others are happiest with quiet companionship or need a little extra patience before they feel comfortable with someone new. My goal is for every pet in my care to feel safe, understood, happy, and very well loved until their family comes home. Animal care is already a major part of my daily routine, and I currently have a very flexible schedule. I am available for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight stays, weekends, holidays, and many last-minute requests. I am a part time student and attend classes from 9am-11am Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 10am-1pm Tuesday and Thursday. Safety, consistency, and communication are my top priorities. Every pet has different needs, and I take the time to learn their routine, personality, exercise requirements, medications, and any special instructions before care begins. I have experience with puppies, senior pets, multi-pet households, separation anxiety, oral medications, and subcutaneous injections. During house sitting, I stay offer to stay overnight and spend as much time as possible with your pets, only leaving when necessary for classes, work, errands, or other commitments. I am happy to bring in mail and packages, water plants, take out trash, and help maintain your home while you’re away. I provide regular photo updates and communication so you always know how your pets are doing. I treat every home with respect and strive to leave it exactly as I found it. Whether your pet is energetic, anxious, senior, medically involved, or simply has a detailed routine, I am committed to providing patient, attentive, and reliable care.

“Ellie is amazing! Every walk came with adorable photos of my dog on the walk, and more importantly, my dog absolutely adores her. I feel extremely confident that my dog was taken care of as if he was her dog on every single walk. If you like good communication, kindness, and killer service, working with Ellie is the only answer”

About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve cared for a senior dog in the past, providing attentive support for age-related needs such as mobility, diet, and comfort. I currently care for a Pomeranian, which has given me insight into the grooming, energy, and behavioral needs of small breeds. Additionally, I have experience with puppies, including training, feeding schedules, and socialization, as well as with large breed dogs, managing their exercise needs, leash training, and safe handling. This diverse experience has helped me develop a well-rounded understanding of canine care across life stages and sizes. As a registered nurse, I bring an added level of attentiveness, responsibility, and compassion to the pets I care for—especially those with special needs, medical conditions, or senior care requirements. I currently work part-time in home health, so my schedule is kind of all over the place, but I am home a lot and out on the road as well, making me very versatile. I have a fenced-in decent-sized yard! I currently have a 3-year-old Pomeranian who is extremely friendly and loves mingling with other dogs. I love to walk dogs and throw in a few sprints to give both of us some extra exercise. I am located in Frisco, so I am in a safe area.

“I live on the opposite side of town, but when I'm travelling, I deliberately drive all the way over here because I want to leave my dog in Chloe's care. She's super reliable, does everything I need done for the dog, and my dog loves her. I have a lot of anxieties about leaving my dog with other people because she can be difficult, but I feel absolutely at ease whenever Chloe is taking care of her.”

“Jimmy did an amazing job taking my two dogs out for walks! Both of my dogs came back home very happy. Jimmy is very polite and communicates well. He even checked with me to see if he could walk my dogs early before the weather turned bad, ensuring they got their walk. I will definitely be using his services in the future!”

“Madison was fantastic! She has the necessary skill and experience to handle my reactive Jack russell. She also had some great suggestions on ways to alleviate my dog's anxiety. My dogs took to her very quickly and I feel so much better knowing they are taken care of. I won't hesitate to call her again in the future.”

“Our dog, Freya, has a good amount of energy. Taylor did a great job working with her, and taking her for a MUCH needed walk. Now, Freya is happily napping 🙂 Thank you, Taylor!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life of all different temperaments, for friends and family along with doggy daycares and even my own dog! I can walk your dog, drop in and say hi or stay with them in the comfort of their home, whatever is needed, I can help. My current schedule is free and flexible so I will have plenty of time to play and take care of your pets any day of the week! I currently have a 6 year old female pit Bull that is very dog reactive and dog selective, because of this she requires extra training and a special life style. She is crate trained, leash trained and knows many different commands, which has made me comfortable working with all types of dogs. I am comfortable crating your dogs if needed along with walking them and possibly teaching them a couple tricks they may not know!
“Had a very last minute booking and Madison was very flexible and awesome in coordinating everything. She was great with my pup Milo and was awesome with her communication. Will be booking again for sure!”

About: I grew up with numerous dogs and various pets, making me the go-to pet sitter for friends and neighbors. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every dog as if they were my own. Whether it’s a calm stroll with a senior dog or keeping up with a high-energy puppy, I’m always ready for the task. As a college student home for the summer, I have flexible availability and genuinely enjoy these walks, not just as a chore. I’m a college student home for the summer with a flexible schedule, mornings and early afternoons are usually wide open, and I keep evenings free most days too. I check the app regularly and respond quickly to booking requests. Consistency matters to me, so if we set up a regular walking schedule, you can count on me showing up on time, every time. Safety is my top priority. On walks, I keep dogs leashed at all times unless I’m in a securely fenced area the owner has approved, and I avoid busy roads and off-leash areas with unpredictable dogs. In a client’s home, I treat the space with respect

Bri is a great sitter who ensures my fur-babies are left with the same quality of care while I am away. I always return to my babies being just as happy as I left them. This warms my heart each time because I know they were properly cared for. Very caring, dependable and flexible. We appreciate Bri✨✨

Alicia provided exceptional care for my pets. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and understanding during our initial consultation, thoroughly addressing all the specific requirements for my five dogs. This includes two large breeds and three small breeds, one of whom is both blind and deaf. Her services were impeccable during my absence, and I wholeheartedly would reccommend her watching anyones pets.

Isabella was great with my dog and kept me updated throughout both walks. She was reliable, professional, and clearly cared about making sure he was happy and well cared for. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy person to take care of their dog.

We’re so glad we found Matthew to walk our two dogs. This was our first time using Rover and being new to Texas, we were a little nervous, but Matthew was great. He communicated well, was super flexible when our plans changed, and our family really appreciated having him there. We’d definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
