For dogs staying in our home, we have a secure, board-on-board fenced backyard with locked gates and a doggy door that allows them safe access to the outdoors for potty breaks and play. Because someone is home most of the time, pets receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. For cats, we create a calm and enriching environment with cozy spaces to relax, plenty of areas to explore, and windows where they can enjoy watching the world go by. I understand that every cat has a different personality, so I take the time to follow their individual routines and comfort levels. When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect their established schedules and routines to help them feel safe and comfortable while their family is away. About: I think it really is true in our case with the saying "our dogs live better lives than we do!.." Our dogs are special to us and have always felt a kinship with them and I hope they with us. We trained them to listen and obey but also love on them just as much (more, definitely more) to build that great bond. We're Alex and Alayna! We have 2 dogs who lay around the house most days - Gracie who is our 25lb senior dog at 16 and Max is our 50lb Catahoula that loves to chase red dots, rabbits, birds etc. We have a small back yard so when 1 or both of us is home they can freely go in and out as much as they want. And when it rains, we make sure to wipe everyone's paws! We don't want any red paws! We host a whole lot of cousin dogs multiple times a year so very accustom to dog sitting multiple dog for multiple days. Can't wait to meet your babies! I work from home 2 days out of the week and am flexible in my job as needed. My husband works in the office 5 days a week and comes home around 6 to let the dogs out when I cannot. Our dogs are very low maintenance and are able to sleep anywhere they like. We never let them run out of the front door or anywhere not fenced in.
