About: I have 9 years of pet care experience with my own dog, other people's animals, and as a volunteer at the SPCA of Texas. I have taken care of many animals in my years of pet sitting in including dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, and guinea pigs. It is not easy for animals to scare me. I'm currently working a part time at a veterinary hospital and going to school part time. I'm not a very busy person, so I will have plenty of extra time to look after your furry little family member. I keep dogs on a leash at all times when walking. I like to follow a list with times for when certain things need to be done. I like to try and keep a schedule that is close to what each pet is used to on a daily basis.

About: I have been involved in a dog rescue for the last 10 years and cared for 100 of dogs from pregnant once, puppies, timid dogs , sick / special needs to senior dogs. I train them basic commands, leash training , potty training and create training . We have 2 acres in the backyard where the dogs can run and play . I love to take dogs on walks and exercise them . I believe in a tired dog is a good dog and had a good day. I am a stay home mom and have time to spend with your pet in the morning ,during lunch in the afternoon and evening to play , feed , go on walks or just hang with them. I I have a fenced in yard ( 2 acres) for them to run around in . I also can separate them in a little dog run if needed or create them. I have 4 doodles that are very friendly and happy over any playmate ( they are used to foster dogs ).

About: I have owned pets (dogs, cats, birds, horses, chickens) for my entire life. I got my first horse at 10 years old, and my parents own a horseback riding stable where I have helped care for healthy, sick and injured horses, dogs and cats for the past 45 years. I have pet sat as a teen and as a trusted neighbor more recently. I currently have a 15-year-old Pyrenees mix named Honey and daily care for 35 horses. I am calm in emergencies and very reliable. I am confident administering medicine and other pet care needs. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. About: I believe dogs are the best “people,” with dog owners coming in a close second. (And yes, I adore cats, too. But if I just had to pick one, I’d be team dog.) I’ve never not had a dog in my entire life. Growing up with beloved family dogs, I got my first official dog, Babar, a Weimaraner, during my senior year in college. Then came a pair of Italian greyhounds (Tag and Tootsie). Next, a standard poodle (Paulette), then a second standard poodle (Ginger), and finally, a toy poodle (Tanner). Currently, we are down to just Tanner and all ten pounds of his big dog personality. I remember being a young professional and wishing I could have help with my Italian Greyhounds when I had to work late. I’ve had friends who’ve had health issues and couldn’t take their dogs out for a walk. Acquaintances with a family crisis in need of support for their furry family members. Cat parents out of town seeking someone trustworthy to check in daily. I understand the need and the desire for someone you can trust. I live in Lucas, Texas, and have two teenage sons in high school. My husband works in business. My primary job is mom, and I also do creative writing. I’ve found getting out and loving on others’ pets to be the perfect accompaniment to my writing. Read: salve for writer’s block. I especially love getting outdoors (sitting at the computer and writing all day doesn’t work). I’m up for long walks, short walks, going out in the backyard to play, or simply checking in. About: I have been a professional full time dog trainer for over 20 years. I opened my home to in-home boarding and day care a few years ago and absolutely love it. We treat all the animals that stay with us like they are part of our family until their loved ones come back! I send multiple updates a day, pictures and videos as well. I have many references I can offer you as well! It’s very rare that someone is not home with the animals. We spend our days going outside to play (weather permitting), and playing inside as well. The dogs are allowed to veg on the couch (if that’s allowed at their home!), and enjoy spending time with us! We have a 3 acre fenced yard. The dogs love it very much for running and playing. They are never outside unsupervised for any amount of time! Our property is perfect for endless dog fun. 🐾
