About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs, beginning with my own Labrador Retriever and Miniature Schnauzer from their puppy years through their senior years. I have also cared for dogs belonging to family and friends, giving me experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I am comfortable caring for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, including administering medications such as pills and oral syringes. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, or relaxing with plenty of cuddles, I will make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while they are with me. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I will care for your dog as if they were my own. I also love taking photos and will send regular updates so you can enjoy seeing your pup having fun while you are away. I am home from college for the summer, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your dog the attention they deserve. Dogs staying with me are rarely left alone for more than about an hour. I live right next to a walking trail, making it easy to provide walks that fit your dog's needs. Whether they enjoy a quick potty walk or a longer adventure, I am happy to adjust based on their energy level and routine. Your dog's safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely run and play. My backyard also has a pool, but all outdoor time is supervised so your dog's safety always comes first. I always keep dogs on a leash whenever we are outside of a securely fenced area. I carefully follow each owner's instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, routines, and any training they are working on. I have experience administering medications, caring for multiple dogs, and I know how to perform dog CPR in the event of an emergency. My home is calm, clean, and pet free, allowing your dog to settle in comfortably while receiving plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime, and affection throughout their stay.
“Love taking Puck to Jill. He jumps out of the case and runs to her tail-a-waggin. I know he is in good hands and she is always so helpful and responsive to messages and schedule changes. I us her services 3 days a week and have for months now and don't regret a single time. You can't get any better imo.”

“Ashley took amazing care of our pet, Luffy! She provided constant updates on how he was doing, which gave us great peace of mind. She was also very flexible with timing and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Ashley as your next daycare sitter for your fur baby — your pet will be in wonderful hands!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Judith!! We are always nervous to try someone new but Judith made us feel very comfortable with her caring for our baby. She sent updates and pictures and kept us in the loop the whole stay. Would use again!”

About: I am new to the Rover App but I have been a dedicated dog owner for over 12 years and have regularly pet-sat for friends, family, and neighbors, treating every animal with the same love and attention as my own. What sets me apart is my extensive experience across all life stages and all sizes. Drawing from my own dogs’ experiences with cancer, I am comfortable with medications, special diets, familiarity with gentle exercise, and providing extra comfort for older dogs. My background also includes general obedience training and positive reinforcement for puppies and young adult dogs as I have prior experience working at dog resorts that required me to do so. I stay reliable and communicative with regular updates, always following your specific instructions to ensure peace of mind while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine as I work remotely. I’ve structured my days around caring for my own dog for over 12 years, including regular walks, meals, playtime, and companionship. I stay active with daily walks and exercise, so it’s easy to incorporate extra potty breaks, outings, and quality time for other dogs. Mornings and evenings are usually the most flexible for me, with plenty of availability on weekends too. I’m consistent and reliable with schedules, so I can easily follow your dog’s normal routine. I offer both in-home sitting at my place, drop-ins at yours, dog walking and house sitting at your home. Although, for house sitting, I do not frequently stay overnight. In my home, I provide a calm, loving environment with plenty of attention, walks, playtime, meals, and a comfortable space alongside my dog. At your home, I follow your exact routines for feeding, walks, medications if needed, and play while keeping your space clean and secure. I send daily updates and photos either way, so you always know how your pup is doing. Safety, comfort, and consistency are my top priorities.
“First and foremost I highly recommend using Breze. She is amazing with my fur baby. I was very nervous at first because it was my first time using rover and it also was the first time my fur baby had been apart from me. I didn’t want to leave him home alone because he’s only two months old so I did research and found this app. Breze and her son TJ went above and beyond for me & my fur baby. I really appreciate the communication she delivers, the lovely and funny photos that she sends. I love all of her updates. After using her I don’t think I would want my fur baby with anyone else. She & her so. TJ is amazing and so very sweet. Teddy loves THEM. After his first day with them my fur baby was so tired when we got home he slept for 3 hours because he had so much fun. if I could give her more than 5 stars I most certainly would. She’s very accommodating and that top everything for me. She’s very prompt and very reliable. Teddy loves his new friend Breze :) & TJ … thank you & TJ (her son) for all you all do for him ♥️”

About: I will take care of your fur babies like they are my own children. I’ve taken care of Dogs/cat since I was 11. I’m a country girl but also a girl that doesn’t play about my pets. I also take their opinion on others pretty seriously if they are extremely uncomfortable. Usually when my pets felt uncomfortable around someone that they’ve known for a while, I would keep them close to me or away from that person. Ive had 4 dogs and 1 cat which I had her when she was a kitten. I love animals like they are my child. I’m more of a dog lover than cat but the way I spoil my pets if it’s with me I love them equally but I’m team dog if I had to pick one. I’m good with all size dogs. I’m a small petite woman so for some reason bigger dogs are like big babies but protect me and the small dogs are the boss. I also have experience bathing and dressing them up. I love to get my pets cute. I sometimes cook gourmet pet meals like rice and plain unseasoned meat that dogs/ cats can eat (it’s very limited due to most foods being dangerous for them) or something to make them feel special. Call it boujee but my pets are my friends they are going to get spoiled. I have toys as well as a back balcony. I live at an apartment that has a dog wash station as well as a dog park. I love to walk any chance I get so we will be going on lots of walks at my apartment which has a neighborhood and parks next to it. Availability is currently open due to me being in college and working from home. However, picking up or dog sitting in your home is limited because I do work from Home 8-5 m-f and only limited to one vehicle. Please provide 1-2 day advance notice when booking. I have a set schedule for work however if I know in advance I can plan in advance. For all bookings I will be home I prefer at least a couple of days notice to: Adjust my schedule to properly care for your pets Prep for your pet’s arrival Gather information about your pet and schedule a meet/greet Booking Requirements I do have questions I will ask each parent to see if we are a good fit and to get to know your pet. I am very reasonable we just have to discuss everything beforehand so I can prepare. Meet and greets are not required however if you feel comfortable and must meet before booking I understand and can accommodate but must be within a reasonable distance. Home Environment & Lifestyle No guests allowed in the home. only me and my husband present (rare family visits) Occasionally go out for food, the park, outdoor workouts, or short drives (pets may join for car rides if appropriate) Safety & Care Safety is a top priority we are very vigilant and protective You can trust that your pet will be in a secure and attentive environment
About: I have owned and taken care of several different breeds of dogs and cats from the time I was 13 yrs old. Some of the dog breeds I am familiar with and have been in my care are pitbulls, bull mastiffs, chihuahuas, dachshunds, golden retrievers, English bulldogs, Frenchies, shitzu, Pomeranians, miniature pinschers and more. As far as cat breeds I have owned two blue Russians, a Norwegian forest cat, a Maine coon and a couple of short hair domestics. I am happy to follow a schedule if you have one for your fur baby. Rest assured your fur babies are being taken care of by a watchful mom! I know they are precious to you as mine are to me and will take the utmost care of them. I am currently a a stay at home mom. My son is in school and my daughter goes to daycare during the days. I live an active lifestyle and I like to take fur babies out to play throughout the day, several times a day. I am happy to follow a schedule if you have one for your pet baby. Rest assured your babies are being taken care of by a watchful mom! I know they are precious to you as mine are to me and will take the best care. I generally keep pets indoors if you prefer them to be outdoors they that is not a problem. I will treat your fur baby as if they were my own and that means they are allowed anywhere in the house including on furniture… unless you do not want them to get used to that just let me know. I will take them out to play in the backyard several times a day and also I love to take them out for walks around the park. We have three community parks which are all about a block away. I do walk them on a leash and I am careful not to let them eat anything off the floor. I keep very alert and aware when walking with the furr babies keeping an eye out for traffic, aggressive animals and things that can be harmful along the path. I like to follow any special instructions you may have or want. I generally ONLY take 1 or 2 (unless they are all from the same household I can take a 3rd) pets at a time to make sure your fur baby has the maximum amount of attention and is comfortable and happy. If things were not to work out between two fur babies I do have two additional rooms that I can use at anytime to keep them safe and comfortable. I make sure a fresh water bowl is always available to them as well as food.
“Lauren did such an amazing job with our dog Hercules! It was our first time using Rover and she made it such a smooth process, and gave us updates with photos along the way!”

About: I have been working with dogs for over 2 years now! I worked at a doggy daycare for most of that time where I learned about different play styles, temperaments, feeding, and administration of medicine. Now I am living near craig ranch by myself in a new beautiful community! Right now I am working for the most part full time at Scenthound but have plenty of time after or on off days to take care of your fur babies !🐶 My schedule does often change but I am always off Sundays and Wednesdays. Everyday I am off by 3:45 or earlier! I have a dog park in our neighborhood as well as 2 fur babies of our own to keep your baby busy which is open 24/7

Ashley was wonderful with Ollie! She was kind, communicative, and made sure he had a fun and safe day. Ollie came home happy and tired, which is always a great sign. I really appreciated the updates and photos. I’d definitely book with Ashley again! Highly recommend!

Wendy was an absolute lifesaver! We needed coverage for an overnight trip at short notice, and she was able to help. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy our time away completely worry-free, knowing our home and pets were in such capable hands. We will definitely be booking again!

Yun is amazing, she is now one of our go to pet sitters. She treats our Biscuit with the greatest of care, as if he were her own. If ever he has needed any medicine given, she always makes sure she has clarity on how and when to give the medicine. She always keeps us updated with the cutest snaps of Biscuit. Thank you so much Yun!

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Fairview commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
