Now that I’m older, my passion for music and art has become almost as big as my one for animals and I spend a lot of my time learning to draw, paint, or sing. I love the outdoors and could absolutely live outside if bugs did not exist. My most recent job was delivering for Amazon and my favorite days were delivering out in the country and meeting dogs, cats, and livestock. I work in pet care full time doing walks, drop-in visits, and overnights. I have one cat of my own who I go home to feed and play with once a day in either the morning or evening. SAFETY - I keep a close eye on behaviors and health and will let you know if I think something is even the tiniest bit off. In the home and car I am very careful about entering and exiting and making sure no foreign objects are ingested. Hygiene is very important to me so my hands are washed or sanitized between houses and visits. Dogs are never off lead unless in a fenced backyard or dog park. I do not allow meets with other dogs on walks as you just never know what can happen.

About: Ohana means family! We care for your fur baby like our own Ohana. We traveled often when we lived in Hawaii so we didn’t have any pets of our own but we often pet sit a cute chihuahua when her mommy had to work off island or over night. We had her at least 2 weeks a month overnight for a year. She was the joy of our lives. She got lots of love and attention from myself and my three kids. She had free run of the livingroom and enclosed porch. She went for 20 minute walks 2x’s per day, weather permitting, and ate 2 meals a day with snacks in between. She was always happy to stay with us. We really miss having a dog around so by us helping you give your pet love and attention, it helps to fill the little void in our hearts. “Sara was absolutely wonderful! She took care of my dogs for 10 days, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is incredibly kind and sweet, and her home is warm and welcoming. Her large backyard was the perfect playground for my dogs, giving them plenty of space to run and play. She sent daily pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Knowing my dogs were in such great hands made all the difference. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!”

“I can’t say enough positive things about Alyssa, her welcoming home, and her wonderful family! I was very worried about my elderly dog with mobility concerns. Alyssa offered a meet and greet so that we could see if Charley could navigate the home and to ensure that Alyssa could meet her needs. Alyssa made sure there were rugs scattered to give Charley “landing spots” to safely walk, and made sure the water bowl was easily accessible for Charley to use with it being a hot summer! Charley loved hanging out with the other dogs and Alyssa’s mom! 💕 Our dog Mal is a bit more nervous, slow to warm up. Alyssa made sure to accept him at his own pace, and allowed him to come to her as he was ready. Before the end of the stay, he was racing around the yard with the dogs, snuggling with Alyssa’s husband, and even joined the family upstairs! We don’t often need a dog sitter, but we will absolutely be contacting Alyssa first in the future!”
