“Nicole is amazing! She had a great rapport with our dog, who loved her. We knew he was in good hands while we were out of town. She followed all of our care instructions to the letter, and she went above and beyond to make our dog happy. We appreciated her strong communication skills when it came to informing us about check-ins, photos, videos, and visit summaries. I would recommend her to anyone seeking 5 star, loving care for a pet.”

About: Hello! While I may not have any experience just yet, I have grown up around dogs! I had a German Shepherd, an English Bulldog who was my whole life, and I now have an English Black Lab who is like my baby. I take really good care of him, and I would love to take care of other dogs and give them the same love that I give Duke! As of right now, I am fully available all day and will help with any type of need for all animals that I work with! With my own dog, I take him on walks early in the morning, feed him twice a day, and play with him. He loves playing fetch or catch, so I try to wear him out and then we end the day with some napping and maybe some more play time. He has a lot of energy and every day is different!
About: I’ve spent my life surrounded by animals and have 20 years of hands on pet care experience with both dogs and cats. Growing up pets were always apart of my family and I’ve cared for animals with all kinds of personalities, energy levels and needs. I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely love getting to know each animal’s personality I have a very flexible schedule with my job, I’m available through out the day. Very active, would love taking fur babies on walks, can also do evening drop bys! Not currently offering boarding at my own home, but my work is all remote so if needed I can spend nights or hours through out the day! Just let me know and I’m willing to make something work for you:)!
“Tanna took excellent care of my 2 cats. They warmed right up to here and enjoyed the playtime and head rubs while she was there. Tanna followed my instructions and made me feel more than comfortable with her. I will always book with Tanna moving forward.”

“Amy we are so grateful for you! You took such great care of our two kitties while we were away for Christmas holidays. The pictures and updates were so appreciated. Gave me such an ease. And you left our home spotless, brought in our mail, rolled in our garbage bins and watered my plants. You simply are so organized, compassionate and we appreciate you!!!”
About: I have 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, and animals have always been at the heart of my life. Over the years, I've had the joy of sharing my home with a German Shepherd, two Shih Tzus, a Poodle, a Bulldog, and even cats (aged from 0 to 18 years), with each one teaching me something new about love, patience, and care. Although I don't have any pets of my own at the moment, that love hasn't gone anywhere — it just found a new purpose. I want to be that safe, warm, and familiar place for your furry family members, a home away from home where they are truly seen, loved, and cared for as if they were our own. 🐾 I am available 7 days a week, days and nights — because I know that life doesn't always follow a schedule, and neither does the love for our pets. Whether it's early in the morning, late at night, or even on holidays, you are always welcome to reach out. Your furry ones deserve care without limits, and that's exactly what I am here to offer. My home is ready to welcome your pet with everything they need to feel comfortable, safe, and loved — whether your furry one stays for just 24 hours or longer. We just ask our customers to bring their own supplies (food/snacks). My goal is simple: for your pet to feel so at home that they barely notice you're gone.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Frisco
Nicole is someone I TRUST with my cats!!! She took the time to meet them, understand their needs and nuances as my older orange ladies are snowflakes - no one else is like them. Jokes aside, she communicated with me so clearly and perfectly for me to feel comfortable about my ladies when we were far from home. Nicole’s care, time, and natural animal love shines through in what she did for our ladies

Ellie was caring, dependable, and flexible while watching our older dog and young cat. She took the time to meet the individual needs of each pet and always kept us updated with great communication. I would definitely trust her to provide the best care for them again in the future. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Madi is amazing, I am so excited to call on her again soon. She went above and beyond to care for our kittens while we were far away and the reassurance she gave was so helpful. She also helped clean up and do some odd chores for us around the house and we are so grateful. My cats are normally very shy but she made them feel safe and gave them so much attention and love. Thankyou Madi!!!!!

I am so grateful for the care and attention you gave my fur baby while I was away! You are reliable, kind, and very attentive, making sure my cat was fed and happy every day. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my fur baby was in such good hands. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend and my cat will be seeing you again!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Frisco. On Rover:
- 92% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 95% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
