Growing up, I was often trusted with sitting pets for friends and family. I have continued to do this in my adult life because caring for pets doesn't even feel like work to me and I love it. I love making animals feel safe and happy. I have since had 3 years of professional experience working in the pet care industry. I have worked in pet daycares with dogs of all sizes and cats of all personalities. I have also worked in dog kennels and cat kennels. I still think about the pets I saw every day at daycare and miss them like family! Working at the daycare didn't allow me to choose my own schedule which is why I am excited to be here! My availability is very open right now depending on the week! I’m putting my main focus on pet-sitting. Sunday-Saturday 7AM-10PM I am perfectly comfortable caring for your pets in the comfort of their own home. I am experienced in noticing signs of stress, exhaustion and aggression in dogs and cats. I grew up with two pugs named Kate and Chief. Chief had a seizure disorder and was diagnosed with phenobarbital his whole life so I am familiar with comforting and caring for dogs who may have seizures so as long as the parent provides their care and safety plan for said possible seizures. This is currently my main focus so my availability is very open! I rarely travel so I'll be here to keep your pets fed and happy while you're away! I am also really looking forward to working with clients that become regulars in my weekly schedule. I am comfortable caring for your pet(s) in the comfort of their own home where they can have their normal routine, their own bed and their favorite toys! Potty, food and water are the first priorities always! I am experienced in noticing signs of stress, exhaustion and aggression in dogs and cats.
