Jaleeya was an absolute life saver! This is my first time leaving my kitties home without me and she made me feel so comfortable. She gave excellent care and updates at every visit. She treated my kitties like they were her own and they warmed up to her super fast and she became part of the pack! Henry was fantastic! He did multiple drop-ins for both our cat and dog, and everything went perfectly. He was incredibly punctual and reliable — arriving exactly when he was scheduled, every time. He followed our instructions to the letter, not only what I told him in person but also the extra notes I had written down for him to review on his own. He completed everything exactly as asked and sent us thorough, thoughtful updates after each visit, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our pets were happy, well cared for, and we could tell Henry genuinely took the time to make sure they were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend him and I look forward to our next booking with him!
I would like to rave about Laurenda first! Talk about punctuality this woman is the queen of being right on time! Quite amazing being that we are in the Dallas metro area. It doesn’t stop there. She offered to do extra stuff for the cats that frankly I didn’t even make apart of the work that I requested. So she will go above and beyond the bare minimum!
