Loved loved loved Taytum! She’s very sweet and attentive to the dogs. She was extremely communicative, always sending pictures, videos, and other text updates. She was never difficult to reach and was always clear about what she’s doing and how the day went. She even ran back during her lunch breaks to walk the dogs - which is something so appreciated by us! I could tell how much the dogs loved her and loved having her there. We were gone for several days out of country and she made us comfortable from day one. Booking her from start to end was a breeze. Erin was so great taking care of our cat, dog and home while we were gone on an almost week trip away to another country. Ashlee was an amazing sitter for our crew of two dogs and a cat. She was very patient with our skittish lab and very sweet to our clingy chihuahua. She was also very responsive. My husband and I get a little anxious when leaving our animals, but we didn’t worry once we met her.
I can’t say enough good things about June. I haven’t left my cat, who I consider my baby, alone in over two years. She’s become very attached to me lately so I was a bit anxious with leaving her with anyone. Before committing, I met with June and after a good meeting, my fears were completely gone. I couldn’t have found a better person to take care of my Baba. June is a very responsible and caring person. She sent photos my cat daily and I could clearly see that my cat did NOT miss me. LOL. When I returned home, my house was better than when I left. Spotless and she even changed the sheets, washed them and made the bed. An added bonus, she knew exactly when I would be home and had the garage door open so all I had to do was pull in. I couldn’t have been happier. I HIGHLY recommend her to take care of your pet. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.
Kam is great! She has dogs of her own so it was super easy to convey what we wanted for our dogs and treated them so well. Very easy to schedule with and sent pictures/videos of our pups giving us peace of mind while we were away. Most of all, we feel we can trust her and have no problem leaving our dogs with her. Recommend having her help with your pet needs.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lisa! She stayed at our home while we were away for our wedding and took care of our two dogs — who truly are my entire world. One of them has multiple medical issues (she’s blind and has seizures) and requires medication every 8 hours, which can be challenging, but she handled everything perfectly and with so much care. I wanted someone who could stay full-time so my dog wouldn’t be stressed, and she went above and beyond. She kept us updated constantly with photos and messages, which gave me total peace of mind during such a busy time. As a last-minute request, she even cared for my parents’ parrots — and did so without hesitation. When we got home, all of our animals were happy, healthy, and relaxed, and the house was just as we left it. She truly made it one less thing to worry about during our wedding week, and I’m so grateful we found her. I would trust her with our pets again in a heartbeat! 🐶💛🦜
Anne was good with our pups. We have a 13 week old puppy so that was a challenge but she did well overall. She stayed at the house and everything was clean when we returned. She even put our trash at the curb! We did return early for personal reason and it was a bit challenging to communicate with her and request a partial refund. But ultimately we did get it through Rover and we are happy with our overall experience
