Information Chris P. would like to know about your pet
Instructions for care: 1 typed page of direct, simple, & specific details is enough. Feeding routine, simple commands, meds, areas that are off limits, & most importantly: their level of house training & socialization with other people & animals. Please ensure your house is clean & puppy-proofed inside & out (small items, fence holes, etc.) before my arrival. I can give one free 15minute “meet & greet” if you feel like it will be needed. If needing more, please schedule a Drop In for just one dog. If gone for a long time (over 2 weeks), let me know if any extra house or yard maintenance will be needed. Simple pool maintenance (like fill level), poo pickup (if yard is clean prior), & tiny animals (fish, reptiles, etc) are free. Just let me know details when giving info for other pets :) —To clarify the culture of each— —Choose Drop Ins/Walks: If at any time needing me to spend any specific amount of time with your furry friends in a clean & puppy-proofed dwelling. I will send a picture & note each time. Info needed: house entry, treat/food location if necessary, leash/harness set aside if Walk. If needing me to check on your animals a few times per day, I can give a discount IF your animals & dwelling match what I have described in the paragraphs above :) —Choose House Sitting: If fine with me coming & going throughout the day, have a guest room/bath available in a clean & puppy-proofed house. Overnight stay assumed, picture with note sent twice daily. Info needed: house entry, WiFi, trash day, mail location/key, & if anyone else will be stopping by (for lawn, pest, etc.). Please note: Walks are charged separately, & please do NOT introduce ANYTHING NEW to their routine at least 2 WEEKS BEFORE you leave. Save all the new toys, food, treats, etc. for when you return. I arrive an hour or so after you have left & leave an hour or so before you return to make your trip seamless. Please schedule the start & end time to match this, thank you! :)
A typical day
A tired dog is a happy one! Please let me know if your dog is fine with other dogs & people since I classify Walking anxious or aggressive dogs as Training, which is set at a different price point (see my profile info). I’ve walked 150lb dogs that weren’t bothered by anything, & I’ve walked 3lb dogs that were deeply disturbed by the wind. If your pup needs Training, let me know! :)

Pet care experience
Dogs, cats, birds, & critters have been in my life since I was a kid, & I have enjoyed them since! Raising month-old bully breeds, watching in my house up to 12 well-behaved dogs at a time, training verbal & nonverbal commands, fostering kittens, ferrets, reptiles, & birds. Each animal has their own uniqueness & requisite for awareness & patience. When it comes to the animal army, I got their back like chiropract…I treat any living thing like they’re a part of the family besides the exiled mosquito. I have experience with dogs weighing over 150lbs, mighty dogs weighing under 5lbs, & most animals in between. I don’t have any breed or animal preferences, but I do vet owners & pets to ensure a smooth ride. I’ve had fun times with packs of pit bulls, & not so easy times with a Godzilla-like chihuahua. These awesome & always great prices are reserved for fully house trained & socialized dogs. If your friend can’t be left alone in the house without marking or destroying items, then I can only offer Training which is $50 to $100 per hour (preferably 6-9months old, or less than 2 years old). If your friend is fine inside the house but is berserk outside of it, then any walk would be considered Training by the minute. My profile says I’ll be gone multiple times throughout the day around 4-8 hours each time. This is to deter those who think house sitting resembles house “imprisonment.” I’m usually a homebody & gone about 1-4 hours at a time. However, if ever needing full-time security where nothing leaves or enters your humble abode, I can offer Specialty services for $2400 per day. No sleeping, just pure vigilance…

We just returned from a 5 day family vacation and having Chris watch and care for our 3 dogs helped us enjoy our time away and provided great peace of mind. * Multiple updates and pics of our dogs each day - excellent communication * Our home looked as good or better than when we left * Excellent care and our special feeding instructions for all 3 dogs handled smoothly Highly recommend Chris for your family’s care of your precious pets if you need to travel. We will be using him from now on.
Chris was great. Sent updates every morning and every evening like clock work. He let me know what was happening and took care of the home just great. It was a very long sitting job (24 days) and we got along fantastic. Dallas was well taken care of and happy. I highly recommend Chris for your pet sitting needs. I really appreciate all that he did for us during our trip.
