I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. Growing up in the South on a farm, I was always the one bringing home the injured, the sick, the pregnant, and the forgotten animals who needed a little extra love. Over the years, I’ve fostered everything from newborn puppies to seniors needing daily medication and gentle routines. I’ve helped care for expectant mothers and raised bottle-fed babies, so nothing about puppies, kittens, or specialized care is new to me. Now, as a veterinary technician, I work hands-on with dogs and cats every day in a medical and professional setting. From rehabilitation and post-surgical care to general wellness, I’m confident and comfortable caring for pets in any stage of life.

Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my top priorities, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, comfort level, and personality so they feel secure and understood. I keep a clean, calm environment, follow all medication or feeding instructions carefully, and never rush interactions—especially with seniors, shy pets, or animals recovering from surgery. I watch for subtle signs of stress or discomfort, use positive reinforcement, and make sure every pet gets plenty of affection, attention, and reassurance. My goal is simple: to ensure your pet feels safe, loved, and completely cared for, every single visit.

Loved loved loved Taytum! She’s very sweet and attentive to the dogs. She was extremely communicative, always sending pictures, videos, and other text updates. She was never difficult to reach and was always clear about what she’s doing and how the day went. She even ran back during her lunch breaks to walk the dogs - which is something so appreciated by us! I could tell how much the dogs loved her and loved having her there. We were gone for several days out of country and she made us comfortable from day one. Booking her from start to end was a breeze. We can’t wait to book again as she’s one of the best sitters we’ve had! Definitely don’t think twice about booking 💛
Taytum was great with our animals during her stay while we were out traveling. Was always quick to respond and clearly communicated. As well as making sure we got pictures of our boys every day. Would love to have her as a sitter again in the future!!
We had the pleasure of having Taytum stay in our home for a week while we were on a cruise, and I truly cannot say enough great things about the care she provided. She looked after our three dogs and four cats with such attention, kindness, and professionalism. Throughout the entire week, she kept me consistently informed with thoughtful updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our fur babies were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. She also went above and beyond in caring for our home—bringing in the mail, cleaning up any accidents, and even ensuring the floors were clean before she left. Coming home to a tidy space and very happy pets made all the difference. This was our first time using a sitter outside of someone we personally knew, and I’ll admit I was a bit nervous going into it. However, she completely put my mind at ease with her communication, reliability, and genuine care. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter, and we will absolutely be booking with her again in the future.
Taytum was amazing. We have a special needs French Bulldog and she had no problem tending to him. She sent lots of updates and pictures that kept us reassured our babies were in good hands. We will definitely use her services again!

Schedule
I work part-time as a vet tech, which means my schedule is very flexible. I receive my work hours far in advance, so I’m able to plan ahead, adjust when needed, and make room for your pet’s routine. Whether you need weekday help, weekend drop-ins, or more consistent care, I can usually accommodate it. Just let me know what you’re looking for, and we can make it work!
