“Our dogs love Ximena! I’m so happy we found someone who is so reliable and caring to take care of them. We will absolutely book with her again-she is absolutely wonderful!”

About: Hi. I'm Mary Denise. I go by Denise. My husband is Jim. We have had pets in our lives for over 30 years from puppyhood to seniors. We understand the need to know your pets are safe and well cared for so that you can enjoy your time away. We give lots of pets, love, and whatever is needed to make your pet safe and happy. We are comfortable administering oral medications as needed. We are flexible and happy to get to know you and your babies. My husband and I both work from home which allows drop-in visits during the day to relieve your pet as agreed upon. One of us will always be available for house sitting. We are flexible to meet your pets' individual needs and your house-sitting needs as well. Our goal is to follow your instructions to maintain consistency so that your babies feel safe and comfortable. We know our babies do better when they can stay in their normal surroundings and we want to help you create that same environment. We will follow your guidelines for crating as needed, being allowed on furniture, etc.
“Morgan & Ian were absolutely wonderful! I asked them to check in on my kitty twice while I was away. They went above and beyond!! They sent me pictures/videos each visit and made sure she got plenty of attention & playtime. They were super friendly, great with communication, showed up on time, and left everything clean. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my baby was being cared for so well. I would 100% recommend Morgan & Ian to anyone looking for reliable & caring pet sitters. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Andrew took great care of our fur babies while we traveled including a new puppy- no small order! He communicated effectively and was punctual for every check in. Thank you Andrew!”

“Hailey was very patient and understanding with my dogs. They are a tough bunch so when I had to go out of town and leave them for a few days, I was worried about not being able to find the right fit. Hailey really took a weight off my shoulders.”

“Having an older dog with some health issues, I was worried to leave her while traveling, but Rickey was perfect with her and gave me peace of mind while I was away! She sent thoughtful pictures and updates. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!”

“Great communication, natural with pets as she won over our skittish fur baby Oreo without needing to meet him prior to us leaving. Definitely at the top of the list for us and will actually be our go to person! Thank you so much Sooyoung!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and had various roommates with cats. I’ve had puppies all the way to elderly dogs. “I have never used Rover, as we are new to our town and dont have anyone we know close to us. But we needed to go out of town. And I was recommended this app. Blake showed up when I first looked and no matter what I just kept going back to her page. I am so glad I did. I can't be more thankful for the peace of mind she gave me. My fur kitty is about 2 weeks shy of being 20 years old. With an 8/9 spoiled sister. She loved them like their own. Lady couldn't wag her tail hard enough when Blake stopped by. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this a very positive experience. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. 🐈Jager and 🐕Lady will miss her!!!”

“Kayleigh is an absolute rockstar - incredibly attentive and communicative, she was proactive with both updates and feedback (including photos) that made a world of difference for an anxious pet parent! She was also generously flexible and patient showing me the Rover ropes, as well as with her time for key handoff and return on top of my high maintenance darling and her routine. Chloe and I both look forward to having her on repeat and couldn’t be more grateful!”

She was wonderful! Loved that she was willing to meet us, meet the fur babies, and get a tour of where things were at before we left for our trip. She was very responsive, communicated when she got there, updated us on the cats, and gave us a heads up with any concerns. We will absolutely be using her again. If you’re looking for someone trust worthy, great with pets, and close to Light Farms, Isabella is your go to sitter! <3

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Celina. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
