“Maddison was fantastic with Tiger and Missy our two cats! She sent a great photo update during her visit and was amazingly flexible when we unexpectedly had to cut our trip short. She truly cares about animals, and we felt completely at ease leaving them in her hands. We’ll definitely be rebooking!”

“Eliana has been incredible with our pup. He's a bit skittish and nervous around new people and dogs - especially other dogs - and she has always made him feel calm and safe while we're out of town. She's our go-to Rover person now!”

“Robin is so sweet and takes the best care of copper! You can always count on her to love on your animals like they are her own. She’s a great communicator, and she goes above and beyond to make sure they get attention & exercise.”

“This was my first time booking with Gabbi and she was great with our pups. She was able to come check on my two very energetic dogs (Jack Russell Terrier and Lab). She did an excellent job of keeping us updated during the drop-in and provided photos. Very sweet and would definitely book with her again in the future.”

“Kimberly was great and I would absolutely book her again. She was punctual, took photos of my kitties during every visit, kind, and easy to communicate my pet's needs with.”

“Siera was so helpful for us while we were on vacation. She was flexible with our scheduling, kept us updated with our dog and even helped us with a bee issue that rose while we were away. We highly recommend using Siera!”

“Danielle was great with our two dogs. She was very dependable and very transparent through the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to go the extra mile with their pets.”

“Thanks so much for your help, April! Nilla loves her walks and spending time with you. I can tell she’s always in such a good mood from the pictures you send. You’re the best!”

“Rickey took such good care of my 4-legged babies! And she had a WONDERFUL photoshoot with them :) Very communicative, prompt, and followed all of my care instructions perfectly. I will definitely be booking with her again . Thank you Rickey!”

About: I have owned my own dog, cats and many other ranch animals throughout my entire life. I absolutely love animals! Our family dog recently passed away, and I miss interacting with animals. I’m a realtor so I plan my own schedule. I can plan around clients needs as well as your pets needs. I am available seven days a week. I have a fenced in yard and do not currently have any animals as pets in my home and live in a very safe neighborhood.
“Blake was amazing! She checked in everyday while I was gone and gave me updates. She also got my cat to come out and be comfortable with her which rarely happens. She was very kind and professional, I’d definitely use her again!”

“Jane was absolutely wonderful! She treated our babies like they were her own. From coming out ahead of time to meet us and our babies, to sending us text and photo updates, we couldn't have been happier with her service. This was our first time to use a professional pet sitter and, of course, we were very nervous about it. Jane was very reassuring and kept in constant contact with us. We look forward to using her the next time we go out of town!”
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have always relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets, as well as provide plenty of love and attention. At home, I’ve cared for my own pets daily ensuring they’re happy, healthy, and well groomed. I also volunteer with the SMU feral cat community, helping feed, monitor, and care for stray cats on campus. My experience spans from puppies and kittens to senior pets, and I’m comfortable with all temperaments and sizes. Schedule: I’m currently working part time and have a flexible schedule that allows me plenty of time to care for cats throughout the day. I regularly help care for SMU’s feral cat community, so I’m used to feeding, socializing, and checking on cats at different times. I’m available for visits and drop ins most weekdays after 2 PM and weekends all day. I prioritize a safe, calm, and clean environment for every pet and always follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, and any specific care instructions. I make sure spaces are secure, remove hazards, and monitor pets for any changes in behavior. I currently have a puppy (a bichonpoo) and understand the importance of both love and structure. My motto is “life is too short let them sleep on the bed,” but I also believe discipline is key in shaping well behaved dogs. I’m happy to bring my puppy along for companionship if approved, but I always ask first since I respect that every pet and owner has different boundaries.

About: Hi there! I’m Rebeccah, a proud dog mom to my sweet rescue pup, Charlotte Kate. Growing up, I was lucky to have a whole zoo of pets around me, and I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for over 15 years. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of dogsitting for so many wonderful families with all kinds of breeds, and I truly love each and every one of them! If you choose me as your sitter, I promise to treat your dog like my own—lots of love, attention, and care are guaranteed! I’m responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented, and I know how much your furry friend means to you. I’ll send you plenty of updates and pictures so you’ll always know how your fur baby is doing and can relax knowing they’re in good hands. I’m so excited to meet you and your pup! Can’t wait to share some fun moments together! I work full time from home so I am here daily. They will be supervised and loved on! They will also be let out often. I will follow instructions given to me and will follow their routine. I am flexible and will care with the pets with lots of love!
“Brianna Thank you so much for the care you gave my pets. I had anxiety attacks over leaving them. I feel silly - they were in excellent hands and were really calm when we returned ( which is a lot for a Velcro greyhound)…they had been fed and comforted - without me! Will use again with confidence.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Weston
Cindy and Dustin were absolutely wonderful with my cats. They sent frequent updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. One of my cats was having trouble eating, and they were incredibly attentive and proactive in making adjustments to help, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about the pets they’re watching. I came home to happy, well cared for cats and would trust them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Weston. On Rover:

- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
