“Robin was great. She took care of our 3 dogs and 2 cats while we were gone for a week. On one of the nights, it started to storm. She came over after already doing a visit and let the dogs inside so they wouldn't be outside during the storm. She also sent pictures each day of our pets while we were gone. The pets were well taken care of and I won't hesitate to use her again next time we go out of town.”

“Kimberly was great and I would absolutely book her again. She was punctual, took photos of my kitties during every visit, kind, and easy to communicate my pet's needs with.”

“Eliana has been incredible with our pup. He's a bit skittish and nervous around new people and dogs - especially other dogs - and she has always made him feel calm and safe while we're out of town. She's our go-to Rover person now!”

“Blake was amazing! She checked in everyday while I was gone and gave me updates. She also got my cat to come out and be comfortable with her which rarely happens. She was very kind and professional, I’d definitely use her again!”

About: At 31 years old, I’ve been caring for pets most of my life. I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, rodents, chickens, and open to all other animals. I currently have 3 of my own adorable fur babies—two sweet kitties and a large, loving pyranees boy. I’ve dealt with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Bulldogs are a-okay, as are any potentially sick animals or those that require a bit more care. I’m not afraid of a mess, and I’ll always put your animal’s safety and comfort first. My schedule is flexible and versatile so please consider me for your pet-care needs. :) Rates are negotiable per client needs and my availability. I work part time but have a pretty open schedule otherwise. Willing to work with you as long as communication is done in advance. Certain holidays and weekends are open for discussion. Pets will be cared for in client’s home only. I prefer houses with fenced yards, but am willing to take your pet(s) out if needed as long as a leash is provided.
“Danielle was great with our two dogs. She was very dependable and very transparent through the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to go the extra mile with their pets.”

About: I’ve had various pets in the span of my life including cats, dogs, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, fish, and frogs. I’ve always had a passion for caring for animals, and have experience working in a vet clinic for 3 years, as well as an animal sanctuary. I’ve always enjoyed pet sitting for friends and family, and have cared for blind and diabetic dogs, as well as ones with behavioral issues. One of my cats has separation anxiety, and I know what it’s like to worry and not want to leave your babies alone. I will give them plenty of love and entertain them while you’re away! And as I currently don’t own a dog, I would love nothing more than a furry friend to spend time with! I’m currently working part time and am available Tues/Thurs evenings and all day Fri/Sat/Sun! My schedule is pretty flexible throughout the week, so just let me know the timeframes you need and we can figure something out:) As a pet owner myself, I understand worrying about them while being away. I’m a very reliable person that would give the upmost care and love for your baby. I would love to send updates and pictures to you often to give you peace of mind! I’m also very willing to do the small household chores like cleaning cages/litter boxes/ any messes they may make.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life! I’ve worked for various horse ranches taking care of the animals and I have my very own puppy at home. Previously, I took care of senior dogs so I consider myself well-rounded with ages. I’m currently a full-time student so my weekly routine is pretty flexible at the moment! Many of my classes are online so that makes things much easier to continue to be flexible. I have 11 acres that my puppy explores and plays on, and we use a personal crate for nap times so he feels like he has his own space.
“This was my first time booking with Gabbi and she was great with our pups. She was able to come check on my two very energetic dogs (Jack Russell Terrier and Lab). She did an excellent job of keeping us updated during the drop-in and provided photos. Very sweet and would definitely book with her again in the future.”

“Jane was absolutely wonderful! She treated our babies like they were her own. From coming out ahead of time to meet us and our babies, to sending us text and photo updates, we couldn't have been happier with her service. This was our first time to use a professional pet sitter and, of course, we were very nervous about it. Jane was very reassuring and kept in constant contact with us. We look forward to using her the next time we go out of town!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for about 3 years. I enjoy getting to know the client’s pets and adapting to new environments. I can’t wait to meet with you! Currently I’m working part-time, usually in the morning. Having my afternoon and evenings free allows time to take care of pets. Depending on the booking time, I’ll also have time during weekends. For House-sitting, since I’ll do most of the care at the client’s home, I’ll follow your instructions in terms of care and food. Dog-walking will also be the same, I’ll have bags provided. I can also have playtime with the pets as well.
About: Trusted, experienced, and passionate about pets! I provide safe, loving care and treat every pet like family. I’m comfortable with different personalities and routines and focus on making your pet feel happy, secure, and loved while you’re away. Expect lots of care, attention, updates, and peace of mind! 🐶💕 I have 2 cats and 1 dog so I do pet care everyday! I am available to care for your pet whenever you will need! I currently provide care exclusively in your pet’s own home, where they feel most comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. I know pets thrive when they can stay in their normal routine, surrounded by the sights, smells, and spaces they know and love. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible by keeping their routine consistent and providing loving, dependable care.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Weston
Cindy and Dustin were absolutely wonderful with my cats. They sent frequent updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. One of my cats was having trouble eating, and they were incredibly attentive and proactive in making adjustments to help, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about the pets they’re watching. I came home to happy, well cared for cats and would trust them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Weston. On Rover:
- 92% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 94% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
