About: I've taken care of multiple types of dogs from an early age. I also used to have a dog named Gary (my brother named him from SpongeBob) when I was younger, but my mom couldn't afford him anymore. During school breaks, pet care fits very easily into my routine because I have a much more open and flexible schedule. I’m able to prioritize regular feedings, walks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day without time constraints from classes. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, maintain their routines, and be fully present while caring for them. I sometimes cook gourmet pet meals like rice and plain unseasoned meat that dogs/ cats can eat (it’s very limited due to most foods being dangerous for them) or something to make them feel special. Call it boujee but my pets are my friends they are going to get spoiled. I have toys as well as a back balcony. I live at an apartment that has a dog wash station as well as a dog park. I love to walk any chance I get so we will be going on lots of walks at my apartment which has a neighborhood and parks next to it. Availability is currently open due to me being in college. About: I have worked at a veterinary hospital as a surgical assistant in the past to fulfill my passion for helping animals. I throughly enjoyed the medical aspect of working at the hospital and crave personal interactions with clients and pets. I can not remember ever having less than three pets at one time while growing up (as my family is just as passionate about animals as I am). This meant that for many years I took care of my own pets as well as neighbors. When I got older I began to volunteer at different organizations to gain animal-handling experience. About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 14, watching over dogs and cats for friends, coworkers, and family friends. Growing up in a family that always owned large dog breeds made me very comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and personalities. I understand the patience, attention, and care both dogs and cats need to feel safe and comfortable. I’m experienced with feeding, walking, playtime, and providing reliable, loving care to keep pets happy and well cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits easily into my daily schedule as I have a flexible routine with plenty of availability throughout the day. This allows me to provide consistent attention, whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening visits, and be reliable for walks, feeding, playtime, and any special care needs pets may have. I care for pets in my client’s home by following their routine closely, including feeding, walks, and playtime. I ensure fresh water is always available, clean up after pets, and maintain a safe, calm environment. I also give them attention and companionship, watch for any health or behavior changes, and respect the home by keeping everything clean and organized.
