Whenever we drop her off she's wagging her and tail and excited to see Melissa again! Melissa and her boyfriend are very active, they are always taking Collins on long walks or hikes. They send lots of pictures and keep me in the loop about how Collins is doing. They have also been really flexible with pick up and drop off and even dropped Collins off at our house one time when we couldn't be there to pick her up. She took such good care of Bella. I received pictures every day showing that she was happy. They took her on walks and sent me videos. Bella has a special diet and she followed it perfectly. Bella came home smelling good and not dirty. She was very well loved and taken care of while she was there. I am grateful that she was very flexible. When my flight was canceled due to weather. I did not feel stressed about Bella. We definitely will use her again in the future.
Amy is always so great with Midnight (our cat). She checks in daily with multiple photos and videos and is super responsive. It helps that Midnight obviously enjoys herself when she's with Amy, too! There's plenty of room for her to play and run around, and there are always some good napping spots! I would 100% recommend Amy for any cat parents who want peace of mind when they leave their cat(s) with someone else!
Great caretaker. Dog was well taken cared of in nice home and community. Dog caretaker was experienced in handling dogs mine was a 6 month old so maybe not so well trained. He looks to have had a good time and the caretaker posted pictures or videos and comments every day so we felt our dog was happy. Would recommend and use again.
Ashley has taken care of my dog, Gretel, twice now. This last trip was for a whole week. Gretel comes home happy and is well cared for while she is with Ashley. Ashley is very flexible with pick up and drop off times as needed due to travel delays. Definitely recommend her to others and will continue to use her for my pets in the future.
This was our first time trying Rover so we were a bit nervous prior to booking. But, we are SO thankful we found Maxine! She was kind enough to do a brief Meet and Greet beforehand. Milo had the best time staying with Maxine. She took such good care of him and sent us updates and photos.
