“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alexus was absolutely amazing with Smokey while we were away on our cruise. Smokey can be very nervous and anxious in new situations, and he initially refused to eat, but Alexus was patient, caring, and determined to help him feel comfortable. She showed him so much love and attention, and before long he was settling in and doing much better. One of the things I appreciated most was the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. They gave me tremendous peace of mind and reassured me that Smokey was safe, happy, and receiving excellent care. It was clear from every update that she genuinely cared about his well-being. Honestly, Smokey had a better experience with Alexus than he has ever had at a traditional boarding facility. In fact, when we came home, his greeting was surprisingly underwhelming because he had been having such a great time! I highly recommend Alexus to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and attentive pet sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Upon booking, Nathan was quick to communicate and respond to any additional questions I had regarding the request. He made me feel at ease knowing that my cat would be taken care of and offered to work with me to let my cat have the best experience possible. He also checked in a couple days prior to the scheduled time to make sure everything was still on. During my time away, he sent updated pictures of my cat of his own volition, which I deeply appreciated. I am also thankful for the extra set of eyes watching over my cat - thank you, Priscilla! I highly recommend him and will be booking with him again in the future!
Mariana and her husband took very good care of my dog Enzo. They are very attentive, sweet and esay to communicate with which made the whole process easier for my husband and I.
