“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alexus was absolutely amazing with Smokey while we were away on our cruise. Smokey can be very nervous and anxious in new situations, and he initially refused to eat, but Alexus was patient, caring, and determined to help him feel comfortable. She showed him so much love and attention, and before long he was settling in and doing much better. One of the things I appreciated most was the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. They gave me tremendous peace of mind and reassured me that Smokey was safe, happy, and receiving excellent care. It was clear from every update that she genuinely cared about his well-being. Honestly, Smokey had a better experience with Alexus than he has ever had at a traditional boarding facility. In fact, when we came home, his greeting was surprisingly underwhelming because he had been having such a great time! I highly recommend Alexus to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and attentive pet sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future. During my time away, he sent updated pictures of my cat of his own volition, which I deeply appreciated. I am also thankful for the extra set of eyes watching over my cat - thank you, Priscilla! Haley was perfect for our high-energy dog!! Her dogs are perfect fits for a dog that really want to play. I’m kind of crazy about him and her pictures and reassurances were so helpful throughout our vacation. When we picked him up we could tell he was happy and well cared for. Our flight got delayed and Haley was great communicating with us and adjusting our arrival time.
Mariana and her husband took very good care of my dog Enzo. They are very attentive, sweet and esay to communicate with which made the whole process easier for my husband and I. We can tell Enzo had a wonderful stay with them and became really good friend with their dog Benji. I would definitely recommend Mariana and would be booking manu more stays!
