Maxine's Loving Dog Care
I would love to have the opportunity to love and care for your babies. I am caring and compassionate and love animals. I am trustworthy, reliable and fairly flexible. Dogs would have full access to my patio area, but would have to be put on a leash to be taken for walks, etc. Inside, they would have free roam of the house and be allowed on furniture. I am a retired RN. I attend exercise classes three to five days a week and do some volunteering for Richardson Methodist Hospital through my church. Most of my activities or obligations are in the morning, leaving most afternoons, evenings and weekends free. Please be assured that I would have plenty of playtime with your dog and give them my undivided attention.

Maxine was very good with giving meals and medications on time and as per our instructions to our small senior dog, Rookie who seems to thrive on the attention and affection Maxine showers upon her. We were very glad and relieved to see Rookie looking happy and well cared for when we picked her up on May 31st. Rookie will definitely be a repeat boarder with Maxine whenever we need her services next.
I had a great experience with this dog sitter and would definitely recommend her. She was very kind, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Her home is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The fenced backyard is a big plus—safe, secure, and perfect for dogs to relax and play. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she watches. I felt confident leaving Lili with her, and I would absolutely trust her again in the future.
Maxine was a wonderful sitter for our dog Cody. She has a very very warm and welcoming presence and takes a real interest in the pets she cares for. While we were away she sent us daily updates and pictures, and let us know how Cody was settling in. Thank you Maxine for everything you did to ensure that Cody had a pleasant stay with you while we were away.
Maxine is an excellent dog sitter. She kept in constant contact with me while I was out of the country. Maxine would send daily updates on how Dixie was doing and sent pictures as well. Maxine is reliable and trustworthy. I will definitely use her again and suggest her to anyone needing a dog sitter.
Maxine was terrific in every way. She was very patient and considerate with all our pet-parent concerns and questions, and followed our instructions about our senior female dog’s diet and walk schedule diligently. Our “baby” felt safe and comfortable with her very quickly and seemed calm and content when we picked her up after a 3-night stay with Maxine. We are very pleased with our first-time experience with Maxine, and plan to use her services again when needed.

Schedule
I am retired, so I'm able to board dogs overnight or for daycare only. I spend a lot of time with them, giving them lots of love and attention.

Safety, trust & environment
I try to follow the dogs usual routine, so as to make them more comfortable. I have a fenced in patio so they can run free and put a lease on them for walks. Not knowing how they may react with other dogs, I turn around if I see another dog being walked, to prevent a possible altercation.
A typical day
I live near a creek with a nice path. The area has a lot of grass and trees and is away from traffic noise. There's plenty of space to sniff and explore.
