We are comforted knowing our Raya will be taken care of as if she were one of Heather’s own, Raya is always excited to see her and Heather is awesome at providing us updates with pictures! On our last visit we accidentally booked for the wrong weekend and didn’t realize it until we were on the way to drop off, Heather made it work and adjusted to accommodate us and was so incredibly nice about it.
