This was my mini poodle Novu’s first experience with a sitter/boarding outside of staying with his grandma, so I was a little nervous about how he’d adjust especially since he recently moved to Dallas. Diana took great care of my senior doggy, Huey. She was responsive, friendly and flexible with pickup and drop off times. I received pictures and videos of his stay along with updates, which I loved. Huey takes oral medication every day, and she had no problem keeping up with his med and food schedule. Diana also created his own little "sanctuary" for Huey to sneak off to in order to rest and recover on his own, away from her playful little doggy, Chloe. I truly appreciated her excellent care of Huey and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!
Stella watched my dog for three weeks, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was so compassionate and patient during the first week while my anxious pup settled in and stopped having accidents. She also stayed on top of his daily eye cleaning to prevent infections, so he came home completely healthy and clean. The regular photo and video updates and all the dedicated ball-play time gave me total peace of mind. This was easily the most stress-free boarding experience I’ve ever had.
