We left Ryder with Jennifer and Brian for 8 days. They did an absolutely amazing job, Ryder was happy and excited and clearly well cared for when we got him back. I will absolutely use them again in the future. The one thing that I will say would enhance the experience (again, they did awesome) is if they sent pictures/videos of how Ryder was doing daily or every other day. I know it can be hard to keep up with, but as a pet owner, you feel that much better being able to see your pet interacting and playing happily when he is not with you. They sent photos and videos when I asked, which was great, but if they sent them unprompted on some regular cadence I think it would enhance the experience even more. That being said, they did awesome great job and definitely deserve a five star rating!
We just moved to the area and this was our first time using Kathryn and Dan and we are so glad we did! They went above and beyond to keep our pup well taken care for TWO extra unexpected days when we couldn’t make it home due to a snowstorm in Dallas. Not only that, but I received multiple pictures of our girl having a blast. We will definitely be using them again!! If you’re new to the area and are looking for a Rover sitter, look no further :)
We couldn’t be happier with the care Maria provides. She provides a very loving home environment, which is particularly helpful for us given the advanced age of our dog. Maria sent so many picture updates it was amazing. We could tell our dog was loving it. And she’s a great photographer by the way. :-). We will definitely use Maria again.
Ravello had a great time staying with Karol & Matt and getting to play with their dog, Lola! They made us feel very comfortable leaving him in their care and kept us updated throughout the weekend. Karol was attentive to Ravello’s schedule and was sweet and flexible. We’d be happy leaving him there with them again!
We left both our Doberman Stormi and our senior diabetic dog Bella with Leonard for 8 days. We could tell from the get-go that he takes care of all dogs as if they were his own. Aside from family, nobody had taken care of them before so of course I was a little nervous to leave them for so long, but I could honestly say we enjoyed our trip and were worry free because we knew they were in great hands. We got pictures of them and they even went on a doggy play date!! Definitely our go to pet sitter from now on! Thanks again to Leonard and his wife!
Tiffany and her family were so great with our four month old pup Lulu, this was our first time boarding her, we received lots of updates and pictures of her and could tell she was having a great time on walks, car rides, playtime and cuddles.
