Marisa is so quick and efficient at communicating, you will never have to worry about waiting to hear back from her or not getting an update on your fur baby while you're away. She consistently sent pictures and updates on her own without me having to ask and showed Shiloh (our little bichon frise) all the love as if he was her own pet. They were super flexible with the pick-up and drop-off times and asked follow-up questions about Shiloh's care throughout his stay there to make sure he felt at home and was comfortable. Marisa and James are such a warm and lovely couple and I definitely would not hesitate in leaving Shiloh with them again. Thanks so much for your help!”

When meeting Jaxson, he ran straight to her as if he already knew her lol she is really a sweet person and after meeting and seeing how Jax was with her, made me feel comfortable leaving him with her and that I made the right choice on choosing her!
