Louann did a wonderful job keeping us informed but also letting us enjoy our time away. She tried several things to keep our dog eating while we were away, which was much appreciated. We'll be using Louann again in the future. It's such a relief to find someone we can count on when we need to go out of town. ”

From our first communication, she was responsive and friendly and that carried over to our introduction meeting when she arrived promptly at our scheduled time. I was easily able to trust Andrea to care for our dog and house with her warm personality and attentive questions she asked about Duke’s care. She provided Duke’s medications to him without issue and gave great text and photo updates while staying with him. I would happily rebook with Andrea.”

“I’ve had Lydia come and watch our 3 English Bulldogs every time we go out of town! She’s amazing! They are so crazy but somehow every time Lydia watches them, we come back and they are so relaxed and calm! We love her and always go to her to watch the dogs when we go out of town!”

He walks, feeds, and generally ensures that they are well cared for while we're away. Our dogs have grown to love Jhoan. He's incredibly patient, which is essential, especially since one of our dogs can be quite a handful. Despite that, Jhoan always accommodates our requests without hesitation. This has made traveling so much easier for us. We know that once we book Jhoan, our pets are in good hands. We no longer stress about leaving our pets, and that's all thanks to Jhoan. “I can vouch for Erica, over the past 7 years that I’ve known her I know that she has many times taken care of various pets for people for various periods of time, sometimes a single night, other times upwards of a week or two.
