“Very pleasant couple. They took good care of Raksha, very communicative and sent photos from time to time. With many Rovers I had to ask for photos but Leslie sent photos without me asking. Also Raksha ate her food at her stay which is unusual for us. She was healthy and happy. Would definitely book them again.”

“Satomi was absolutely amazing! My family and I went on a cruise for a week, and she had sent pictures of Snowball to me each day. It was at least 1 picture each day and it was so amazing to see them when I had gotten back! Snowball seemed to really enjoy himself, and I’ll definitely be using her for dog boarding and babysitting more often!!”

She took extra care of Duke when he was a little too distracted to eat his meals, so she hand fed him. This was much a vacation for Duke, that it was for my husband and me. “We boarded our dog Mishti with Andrea & David for about 3 days. It was our first experience with them and it was wonderful. We got multiple updates about Mishti including pictures and it really helped us as we had never left Mishti before in boarding. Andrea was also very communicative and took our suggestions on feeding Mishti! Mishti looked happy during her stay and we couldn't have asked for more! Keeping Mishti with Andrea& David really soothed our nerves as we were going to drop off our daughter at college and had to deal with a lot of emotions! Thank you Andrea & David!”

“Lyly was absolutely amazing with our two pups!! She let us come over in advance to do a meet and greet with her dogs to make sure they got along. We also loved that she had doggy ramps and stairs everywhere since we have Dachshunds that are prone to back problems. Lyly was extremely responsive and proactively reached out to give updates, send pics, and reassure us that our pups were eating well, playing, and of course relaxing. It was great to see our dogs acclimate to a foreign environment. As doggy parents, you definitely worry about their comfort and happiness when you leave them with strangers. It was great that Lyly recognized this and spoke that language as well. You can tell Lyly truly cares about animals. She also works from home much of the week (so she is present) and doesn’t have children and other boarded dogs she is caring for. We passed over several candidates that had kids (that may roughhouse our dogs), large dogs in the house, or places that allowed many animals in the home because they basically ran a boarding/doggy daycare service. Her home was chill and calm (much like our own home), and we knew the pups would feel comfortable there. We had zero concerns that they were receiving great care. We were so happy that we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our pups were in such great hands! I would definitely book Lyly again and refer her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

She went above and beyond what I expected. My boys got to run around all week in her yard, which I’m sure they loved. I could tell how my pups had grown to love her family when I came to get them.
