“I think the 250 reviews speak for itself but Julie is amazing! We had a family emergency and we were able to drop off dogs off earlier than anticipated. It was my first time using rover and the first time that my dogs were taken care of by someone that wasn’t family. I just picked them up and they are two happy girls!! “Nubi was really happy with Ismaris. We noticed the day after returning home our puppy was actually eating his dry food, something he has turned his nose up to. We think him spending time with Ismaris’ dogs and seeing them eat dry food convinced him otherwise. I could tell right away that Ismaris would treat our puppy as her own. We know he was loved on. Ismaris was so warm to us and our puppy. She reached out to us to notify us of our puppy vomiting and having diarrhea. My only feedback to Ismaris, is that I called one day after hearing about his diarrhea, but she did not return the call. When I texted her that I called, she texted me back instead. Sometimes a phone call is more appropriate. But we would definitely have our pup return to Ismaris.”

“Bertha is awesome! We first did a meet and greet so my dog Oliver could meet Bertha ad her dog Chess. I wanted to make sure the dogs got along and they got along perfectly. I then scheduled an overnight just to make sure my dog Oliver was good and not anxious. We recently lost his buddy. Oliver was happy and content and loved Bertha's kids. I already have Bertha scheduled for 2 upcoming trips.”
