“Kelly was amazing! Cheyanne loved her stay and Kelly did a wonderful job keeping me informed and sending pictures. I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone looking for someone to keep their fur baby.”

“Best dogsitters EVER! My little Havanese, Mocha, loves to visit Anita and Earlex. She was rescued from a breeder situation and boarding her here has really helped her get used to having other dogs around in her space. I really feel like they love Mocha and she loves them back.”

“Sabrina was fantastic! She watched our Sami girl while we we’re out of the country for our destination wedding and even though my messages didn’t always go through she sent updates regularly with photos and you could just tell how comfortable Sami was in her home. I only want to use Sabrina moving forward for any future travel plans!”

“Terry took care of my dog for 2 weeks while I was on work trip. He sent me daily photos and updates, took care of her daily medications, and monthly medications. I can always depend on him. There was no other dog sitter I was comfortable leaving my dog with for 2 weeks!”

“Jessica watched my 3 dogs for a week and they had the best time! She sent daily updates and pictures to reassure me that they were all doing well. I highly recommend Jessica and hope she will be available to watch my dogs in the future!”

“I’ve just collected my doggie from Janae. He is happy and well. From start to finish the whole process was smooth and easy. This was the first time I’ve had to leave Taz for more than a day or two and he was well cared for during his stay with Janae who I highly recommend.”

“We have never used Rover before or left our 3 babies with strangers. Julie made us feel like our dogs were in paradise!!! Will definitely use again and again. Fantastic”

About: I have fostered 3 dogs, hosted a Sniff Spot in my 1.5 acre backyard (a private dog park rentable by the hour) and successfully trained the one dog I raised. Throughout my experience with dogs I have done a lot of research (read books watched videos and took a class) on how to train and read dogs’ body language. I am a gig worker so I have a lot of free time during the week. Therefore, I’m able to spend quality time with your pup to offer the care and attention they deserve. With a wide open yard, a pond and critters to chase your dog won’t get bored here! I have a fenced in 1.5 acre backyard with a seasonal pond. I like to crate pups inside the house when I’m not present. Regular feeding and potty breaks with some mental stimulation mixed in. And of course lots of pets and belly scratches!
“My Josh was such a Happy Boy during his stay with Ms Mary Anne and Ms Kelley! He was excited and playful when I picked him up. Thank you so much, we’ll be back.”

“Katie was amazing! This was my first time boarding my rescue, so I was very nervous. My dog is also a naturally very anxious dog, and her family and dog made him feel right at home! She sent updates everyday and it truly made me feel a lot more secure being away from my pup. He immediately came home and curled up to go to sleep, so mission accomplished! I will definitely be messaging Katie again next time I head out of town.”

“Our 7 month old Shepard pup was in heaven with Lacey in her & her husbands home while we took off for the week! She was quick to communicate and sent us some really sweet photos a few times a day which put us even more at ease. She played in the backyard with their amazing dog Hank, went on walks, and they were with her the entire time. I will definitely book her again in the future!”

About: I grew up on a farm helping with animals often. I've always owned dogs and cats. I was a vet tech for 3 years. I have a dog door (it can be secured) and automatic waterer for your pet's convenience. I installed a metal gate to keep my runners from escaping out the front door. I am trained to give shots for the elderly family members. The days I work outside the house, I can meet you at 6:15 pm or later. I feed the dogs twice daily, but biscuits often. I am a homebody and I'm usually home all weekend. Your fur babies will be well loved. I have a 6-foot privacy fence, gate for the front door, dog door and an automatic water feeder. They are like family and can explore all they want. Please let me know in advance if a pet likes to lift his leg inside the house. I can provide doggy diapers.
“Our original dog sitter had to cancel because of a family emergency. Our previous Rover sitter was already booked. My husband and I engaged with Rover to find another sitter. We found Becky and John and arranged a meeting. Becky and John seemed to be a very loving and caring couple. They let us know their history with their own pets and we felt it would be a great match. Luna loved their yard and seemed very comfortable with both Becky and John. Our plans changed a little and they were both very accommodating. Becky and John let us know daily on how Luna was progressing. The pictures and notes were very sweet. We had a great vacation with a great feeling that Luna was well cared for and spoilt. On our return we picked up Luna to find that she was treated like she lived there on a daily basis. Luna even was split between laps because she was saying "I love you all". I would highly recommend that your pet stay here with lots of LOVE and CARE! Thanks Becky and John for your excellent care of Luna while we were on vacation. Definitely made me feel better for leaving her behind.”

“Jaclyn was great. Even though the booking was on short notice she was very happy to take care of Zoey. Jaclyn did an amazing job taking care her and sent lots of updates and photos to let me know Zoey was just as well cared for with her as she is at home”
“John was great to deal with. Easy communication, drop-off and pick-up were uneventful outside of Ziva being a bit over-excoted, and the picture/video updates they sent were wonderful to see. We'll definitely use them again if our primary sitter isn't available.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Denton
Our original sitter had an emergency while we were out of town, requiring our dog to be reassigned immediately. We were concerned that we would need to fly home. The Rover Support Team was able to look for a new sitter and Shante volunteered immediately, even though she did not get our dog dropped off until near midnight. She was quick to give us updated information able our dog and continued to send pictures every day to let us know our dog was well taken care of. She was very cooperative concerning when would could pick up our dog.

Kelly was amazing! My dog was literally smiling in the pictures. While we had to leave for stressful terms I was relieved to find Kelly at the LAST MINUTE with open arms for my fur baby. I now know I have a safe place that my dog loves if we ever need it again. Thanks a million Kelly!

Haven was great with my dog Oreo! He is a shy dog that can take a bit to become comfortable and Haven did a wonderful job allowing him time to adjust while also keeping us updated on how he was doing while we were away. She was very good with following his needs and definitely cares about the wellbeing and happiness of the pets she takes care of! By the time we picked him up Oreo was fully comfortable and happy to be there!

We are so grateful to have found Terry! While my husband and I were on vacation, we had incredible peace of mind knowing that Rowan was being so well cared for. Terry sent daily morning updates along with pictures, and we looked forward to them every day. It was such a comfort to see that Rowan was happy, healthy, and having a great time while we were away. Terry also took Rowan on daily walks and gave her plenty of attention and care. In fact, she enjoyed her time so much that she even cried a little when it was time to leave! That says everything about the wonderful bond they built during her stay. We highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and communicative pet sitter. We will absolutely be using him again in the future!

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
