“Julie watched our 5 1/2-month-old puppy Ziva for 4 nights while we took a trip to Florida. She sent us pictures every day and showed Ziva having fun with the other dogs in her care, and Ziva was very excited to see us when we came back, but she made sure to go and give Julie a hug before we left which tells me she had a great time. We will definitely use Julie again!”

“Nubi was really happy with Ismaris. We noticed the day after returning home our puppy was actually eating his dry food, something he has turned his nose up to. We think him spending time with Ismaris’ dogs and seeing them eat dry food convinced him otherwise. I could tell right away that Ismaris would treat our puppy as her own. We know he was loved on. Ismaris was so warm to us and our puppy. She reached out to us to notify us of our puppy vomiting and having diarrhea. My only feedback to Ismaris, is that I called one day after hearing about his diarrhea, but she did not return the call. When I texted her that I called, she texted me back instead. Sometimes a phone call is more appropriate. But we would definitely have our pup return to Ismaris.”

“I cannot thank Sohee and Shelby enough. I have never used Rover before but they made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. My dog has a pretty tedious medication schedule and has a tendency to refuse to eat when I am not there, but they handled him so well. I will most certainly use Sohee and Shelby again next time I need boarding!”
