“Karina, was very responsive and helpful. She did a wonderful job with Xander and Westly with short notice. We really appreciate her help and look forward to booking again sometime.”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life and cats the past seven years. I have experience with all ages of both cats and dogs. This ranges from training my German Shepherd since he was a puppy to be well behaved and protective. I’ve also cared for a senior epileptic dog who required constant monitoring and specialized care. Whether your pet is high energy, senior, or needs a little extra attention, I’m comfortable providing reliable care tailored to them. I am an accountant working remotely, with lots of flexibility in my schedule. I am free in the evenings every day and all day on the weekends. I have four animals of my own, two dogs (German Shepherd & Dalmatian) and two cats that are my entire world. I spend all my free time with my dogs taking them to the park or on trails near by. I have always been an animal lover and treat each pet I come across as if they were my own.
About: My family and I currently have two pups( 13 years old + an 8 month old) who we walk daily and love on constantly. The eldest(Samson) has been spoiled and receives every meal accompanied by some sort of treat to get the process going but he is extremely friendly and well behaved. Our newest (Pepper) eats everything and wants to play always, which means we give her lots of walks and play time outside. Samson is getting older and over the years we have had to have him on medication or been very watchful if he was acting out of character or lethargic. This has trained my eyes to just be ever present when caring for pets and to always treat them as family worthy of our attention and love. I've been tasked with sporadically pet sitting my girlfriends cats and have had no issues ever. Added experience pet sitting for my friend and his many German Shepherds. Finally I work as a Personal Trainer and part time unofficial care giver to my 94 year old Grandfather, my patience is unmatched. I currently work as an independent Personal Trainer + Unofficial care giver. My schedule tends to be flexible but staying in steady communication with clients is always front of mind so as to avoid conflicting scheduling. My pets are held in a higher regard than a fair amount of people I meet. They simply mean so much to my family and I. We stress over their eating habits, exercise levels, sleep schedules etc etc. Every pet I care for receives that same family-like attention and compassion, guaranteed.
“Sophia was a great sitter, followed guidance and always sent the cutest pictures of our furbabies! She was reliable and gave our two cats and 70 pound dog lots of attention and treats while we were gone.”

About: What sets me apart is my reliability, patience, and genuine love for animals. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, so I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, exercise, medication instructions, and any special needs. Whether it’s keeping an energetic puppy engaged, providing gentle care for a senior pet, or simply giving plenty of affection and companionship, I treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is to give pet owners peace of mind knowing their furry family member is in caring and dependable hands. I'm fully available throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends, ready to cater to your needs. Whether it's a midday stroll or an evening visit, I'm here to ensure your pet receives top-notch care whenever you require it. I have two dogs at home a German shepherd and a little Dashound named buddy and the German Sheppard name is Kaci I love them to death and will do anything for them.
“Ren did an excellent job with her drop in visits with Winifred while I was away on vacation. Her communication is still top notch, & I highly recommend her for any pet services you need and will rebook her again anytime I need.”

I am very flexible, just give me a heads up and I can help take care of your pet! I am very friendly, punctual, and respectful of your animal and home’s boundaries. I have cared for animals and children my whole life and would love to look out for your fur family 🐾
“Jackson is one of the most excellent sitters in the area. He is super communicative, accommodating of last minute changes, timely, and most importantly, gentle and kind with our Cléo. We had a big chaotic event going on that pulled our attention and focus elsewhere, and we felt very confident and reassured leaving Cléo with him because of his ability to adapt and problem solve if needed while we would be managing other things. Thank you for your grace and patience Jackson!! Cléo and our family appreciate you greatly! 🥰”

“isabel was so kind and patient with my dogs, especially my reactive chihuahua. she’s also very trustworthy and flexible to work with. i will continue to book her as long as she’s available! thank you.”

About: Hi! I’m Ashley, and I’ve been caring for animals for over 8 years. I currently work as an emergency veterinary assistant, where I care for dogs and cats of all ages, personalities, and medical needs every day. I have experience with puppies, kittens, senior pets, administering oral medications, nail trims, and caring for anxious or shy animals. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority, and I’ll treat them with the same love and patience I’d want for my own pets. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit, playtime, feeding, medication, or just some extra attention while you’re away, you can count on me to provide reliable, compassionate care. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your family member, and I strive to give every pet the attention and care they deserve. I currently work as an emergency veterinary assistant Wednesday through Saturday, so I’m available for pet care on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, with limited evening availability on workdays. I’ll always communicate my availability clearly and provide reliable, dependable care when your pet needs me. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. During every visit, I’ll follow your care instructions carefully, make sure your pet has fresh water, food (if needed), potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention. As an emergency veterinary assistant with pet CPR/First Aid training, I’m experienced recognizing when something may not be normal and will contact you immediately if I have any concerns. I’ll also send photo updates so you know how your pet is doing.

“Heather was awesome! She did a wonderful job looking after my three kitties while I was away. She came over beforehand to meet them and sent me lots of photos so I could see they were doing well. I'm really glad I found her.”
“Jessica watched my senior cat while I was on vacation and was fantastic! She sent pictures and was punctual with her visit times! I highly recommend Jessica and will use her for future visits :)”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
