About: As I grew up, my first pet was more than just a pet for me. He has been there throughout my childhood and losing him made me a whole different person. That is until my husband gifted me my shih tzu. He has been my dream for over 15 years and I treat him as my first born and nothing less. I made my husband buy a Tesla just so that our dog can travel with us and stay in car in comfort. What else must I say to express my love and gratitude towards a mans best friend. My daily routine is pet care itself. I wake up at 6 in the morning to take my dog out for his walk. Then I give him his breakfast after which I start my duties as a housewife. Throughout the day, I take my dog out for walk three more times depending on the climate, and since he is a shih tzu and a picky eater, I have to feed him like a baby. I brush him every day to ensure that he looks his best. In my home, for any pet that my friends, neighbors or colleagues as ne to take care of, I ensure that the pet is not hungry, not thirsty, not bored and if possible not to think of the parents. This way, the pet always feels happy to come back to me.,

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a small child, I’ve got a wealth of knowledge when it comes to their care. But more importantly I have an abundance of love for animals. I’ve worked with animals through various jobs but the Zoo is my favorite. I have two golden retrievers of my own who are gentle loving girls. They are part of my family so I make sure to be gentle and give lots of snuggles, pets, and loves.
“Very accommodating and took amazing care of my cat. For a cat with separation anxiety and will pee on things when left alone too long as well as scream at you when you come back home, she was pretty calm and very happy upon my arrival. Thank you so much Isabel!”

“Was willing to meet Cléo before booking which I really appreciate! Frequent and consistent updates at the requested times with plenty of photos for my mind and heart's ease. Thank you Jackson! 🥰🐱🐾🧶”

“Thea was fantastic with my two dogs, Odie and Pepper! She did drop in visits for me on Saturday, and I felt completely at ease knowing they were in her care. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly very comfortable with dogs. She made sure they were well taken care of, gave them attention, and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. It’s such a relief to find someone you can trust with your pets, and I would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!”

“Chelsie was amazing! She was able to care for our cats without any issues and even reached out to see if there was more she could do for our girls since the tasks were fairly quick. We will be booking her again!”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I had a Labrador who was a huge part of my life, and I still miss him—it’s what made me truly understand how important pets are to a family. Over the years, I’ve spent time with many different breeds of dogs and cats, helping friends, neighbors, and family with feeding, walking, and playtime. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy being around animals. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a calm senior pet, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for just like they would at home. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, so your pup will get lots of attention, playtime, and cuddles. I’m flexible on weekends and available most afternoons for walks, drop-ins, or boarding. Your pet will be treated like family in a calm, loving home with a secure yard and friendly dogs. I follow your pet’s routine closely and always make safety and comfort my priority.
About: I’m a pet mama to an active Border Collie, and a super chill cat, so I know exactly how to cater to different personalities. Regardless of whether your pet needs a good workout session, or quiet cuddles, I’ve got you covered! Growing up around animals naturally led to years of caring for the pets of family, friends, and neighbors. I'm completely comfortable with specialized care, from strict routines to administering medications if your pet isn't feeling their best. Leaving your fur babies with someone new can be stressful, I know. It’s very important to me that they feel safe, loved, and at ease. I will be patient and compassionate to your pet as I would with mine. My schedule is flexible. I’m happy to hang out with your pet for walks, play time, drop-ins, or last minute requests. Reach out and connect with me, I’m always glad to help out. I understand how important it is for your pet to feel secure in their space. When I visit, I keep things calm and respectful, never rushing or overwhelming your pet. I follow instructions carefully, use positive reinforcement, and ensure your pet is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I always treat your home and pet's routine with the same respect I’d want for my own.
About: I've been taking care of pets and pet sitting since I was 13. In addition to dogs and cats, I have 20+ years of equine experience. My love of animals has also lead to my career in the veterinary medicine field, which I have been involved in for almost 10 years. I currently work full-time at a veterinary surgical center, but am available Wednesday afternoons and all weekend. Depending on the day and time, I can also help out some weekday evenings at/after 6pm. I will care for and play with your fur baby as if they were my own! I have one dog at home who is very friendly, so if ever an overnight stay is needed at my house, I'm happy to welcome them in! I do have a fenced yard with plenty of room to run/play and have the availability to crate, as needed.
“Jessica was amazing! She went above and beyond with my baby. Took him on walks even when I did not ask. Your baby will be in amazing hands with her. I will book with her in the future.”

About: I have fostered 3 dogs, hosted a Sniff Spot in my 1.5 acre backyard (a private dog park rentable by the hour) and successfully trained the one dog I raised. Throughout my experience with dogs I have done a lot of research (read books watched videos and took a class) on how to train and read dogs’ body language. I am a gig worker so I have a lot of free time during the week. Therefore, I’m able to spend quality time with your pup to offer the care and attention they deserve. With a wide open yard, a pond and critters to chase your dog won’t get bored here! I have a fenced in 1.5 acre backyard with a seasonal pond. I like to crate pups inside the house when I’m not present. Regular feeding and potty breaks with some mental stimulation mixed in. And of course lots of pets and belly scratches!
Cross Roads dog parents share their Rover experiences
Sawyer was AMAZING!! He took care of my two babies while I travelled to Las Vegas. Sawyer ended up being the real jackpot! Extremely dependable, kind, caring and very polite. So glad I found him; instantly had good vibes the second I met him. If you need someone who will love your babies in your absence, Sawyer is that person! Thank you Rover!

Mikayla has been absolutely amazing to my pup and me! I was so nervous to leave my senior girl but Mikayla understands her complex needs and does exactly what is asked of her. She’s very thoughtful and spent time playing with my her and gave her plenty of pets! My other VERY people selective dog took to her immediately, and my youngest dog thinks Mikayla hung the moon! Instant besties with all three of my pups! Her check-ins and pictures give me peace of mind while I’m away! Appreciate all she does for us!

Diane took care of my two girls for a year and a half (drop ins and house- sitting). Because of her care, I was able to go to work worry-free and take week long trips knowing that my girls were in good hands. She is kind, flexible, communicative and completely trustworthy! And bonus- my dogs ADORE her!
