About: I've been responsible for an animal since I turned old enough to fill up a bowl of kibble. My mom is a veterinarian and taught me how to make sure critters of all kinds were well cared for. Im currently continuing my education part-time, mornings from 9am to 2pm. Before and after class I try to be as active as possible, and it would be a pleasure to fit your pet's care into that time! I can provide either efficient in/out cleaning and feeding, or spend more quality time with your pet to ensure they're exercised and happy while youre away. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
