About: I absolutely love animals, I have grown up with them throughout my entire life, Dog's are especially special to me, I have had one by my side since I was old enough to know what a dog was. I would be a great pet sitter because I love meeting all critters and creatures and I would take care of your animal like my own . I have 2 fur-children of my own, Major Tom (Maine Coon) & Penny (Dachshund). They are my world! I do have experience as a veterinary receptionist/vet tech and worked at Southridge animal Hospital for four years. I am well-versed in how to do diabetic injections, giving animals their medication’s on schedule, making sure they have a healthy diet and exercise. I have a deep knowledge of animal behavior. I want to keep all animals, healthy, and safe and loved! Looking forward to taking care of some furry little angels! I have no problem spending extra time, snuggling and playing and just being there for comfort . Animals get lonely and honestly getting the chance to hang out and love on them and spend some extra time does not bother me at all! I would pet it for a lot of the clients that came to the animal hospital. I worked at and I do still see a couple from time to time when they need it and having a medical background with animals is very useful at times and an understanding of animal medicine. I am very flexible and I was born and raised in Denton Texas so I know the area very well. I know where all the dog parks are. I can walk with them give them baths, even nail trims from when I learned at the animal hospital. I have a fenced in backyard if your pets ever needed to come to my house, I also have crates and my siblings have extra pins for their kids that work well for puppies that I could always bring over if need be and baby gates. I do also have extra leashes.
About: Growing up around dogs big and small, I’m more than capable and happy to take care of your pups. From drop-by’s to dog sitting for my friends and family for months at a time, I have experience with puppies, adults, and senior dogs alike. While I don’t own dogs right now, I long for my very own furry child. For the time being, I’ll make sure to love on your dog as I would with mine, and as I’ve done with every dog I’ve taken care of. About: With my own animals I’ve had a special needs dog that required medication. I’ve had my own senior animals that required medication. I can do pets like rabbits, rats, birds, ect. (No snakes) I recently graduated high school and getting into the work field so I’ll have all the time to be able to take care of your baby. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
