About: My husband, Nick, and I joined Rover in Dec 2021. Dogs bring us joy, so we wanted to start this journey to be able to meet more dogs and give the opportunity for our dogs to make more friends too. We feel like dogs need extra love and attention while they are away from their owners! We strive to provide a safe, fun & loving environment for your pups and provide a peace of mind for you so you never have to worry! We will send daily pictures/videos of your dogs and keep you updated with how they are doing. 📸 Follow our Instagram page, @KempfKrew, where we post about all of the dogs we have gotten to meet during this journey. Nick and I have both grown up with dogs and cared for dogs of all sizes our whole lives. We have 2 dogs of our own currently, Louie (15 lbs) & Stella (40 lbs). They are Jack Russell mixes and are so much fun to have! Louie unfortunately went down with a ruptured herniated disc in his back in December 2023 and is now paralyzed in his back 2 legs. However, when you meet him, you will see that he acts as if nothing has changed. He is still so full of energy and joy. He has a wheelchair for outside and scoots around inside. Stella is our "dramatic" dog. She is good with other dogs, but she likes to establish her dominance in the beginning, so we always like to make sure everyone is aware that she may bark at your dog upon arrival. It is preferred that your dog: - is good with other dogs - is potty trained - doesn’t chew/scratch up furniture - if they have this tendency, we ask that you bring their kennel for when we have to leave the house. What to bring: - food - food bowl - bed / blanket - something that smells like home to help them acclimate a little better What to expect: - meet & greet before the appointment to give you a tour of where they will be staying - daily photos/videos of your pup(s) - quick replies to your questions/concerns during the stay My husband, Nick, works from home in Corinth, and I am a real estate agent for Ebby Halliday in Denton, so we have flexibility to let your pups out regularly. We typically keep the back door open and just let them come in and out as they please! We live in a cozy one story home on a quiet street with a large fenced in backyard for the pups to run and play without any worries! We work from home, so we are able to keep an eye on the pups all day and let them out whenever they’d like to! We have a large fenced-in backyard where we can let your pup(s) run around with ours. If we leave the house, we can leave them out or put them in a crate if provided. Whatever they are typically used to :)

About: Ever since I was small, I’ve had 3 dogs. I would feed them, wash them, play with them, and take them on walks. As they got older, I haven’t been able to do much with them but just give them all my love and taking great care of them. I currently do not have a job, however, that will change. I would like to have a job for the summer, but that doesn’t mean your pets aren’t my #1 priority! Please do not be shy to ask if I’m employed yet. I care for pets by feeding them, and taking them outside whenever needed. I will take them on walks if you’d like, and I will play and pet them, and make sure they get the love they need and deserve. Dogs are my first priority of the day, I will be working so I will need time to do that, and after work it’s usually dinner time for the pets so I will go feed them and keep them company! I do everything that needed for your pet to feel most comfortable with me and I usually tend clean up the house after a stay!
