About: For the most part I’ve taken care of neighbors, friends, and family pets over the past few years. I’ve kept them for weekends, fed them, walked them, and had play time with them. About: I have two dogs that I have had experience with in taking care of and I am also very attentive to dogs needs and wants. I have taken care of my families and family-friends pets before. I believe in communication with the owner is key to building a good relationship with their animals. I will have to work part-time as I am a student in college. About: I’ve had my pet dog, Luiggie, for about 14 years now and grown up with him. Took care of him when he was a young crazy dog to now a sleepy old dog. Kaitlyn did such an awesome job taking care of our Bobby. She was very thorough during each of her visits. She sent updates and pictures of Bobby which made us all so happy. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
