Pet care experience

No dog too big or small!

I’ve had various animals throughout my entire life. Pets are very important for mental and physical wellbeing, and they deserve the best care. I’m excited to look over your furry friends! Outside of petsitting, I work at a clinic where I provide ABA services to children with autism. I am a student double majoring in biology and psychology, and I volunteer with Medical City and Make-a-Wish North Texas. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter before I moved for college. It is my dream to become a researching physician, and one of my areas of interest is pet therapy in clinical settings. I am super passionate about this! I love reading, painting, learning, and playing with my dogs!

Elizabeth went above and beyond while watching our two Goldens from 6 days! Sophie had a “hot spot” on her cheek that wouldn’t heal. Twice a day, Elizabeth cleaned Sophie’s face with Hibiclens. She gave oral antibiotics. Half way through the week, the Vet added an topical antibiotic. She went to our vet and picked up new medication. Then on her last night, Sophie decided to vomit several times! She had difficulty contacting me, but she persisted! With her and our vet’s help, Sophie stopped vomiting. All this at 11:30 on a Saturday night. All the while, she loved and gave attention to our other Golden, Bailey! She was calm and loving to our pets the entire time. When we returned home our house was the same as we left it! Highly recommend, Elizabeth!!!

Elizabeth communicated with me often and sent pics of my pups. The frequent updates helped me feel confident that they were well cared for. She is very kind, and my dogs really love her. 10/10

Elizabeth could not be a better pet caregiver! As a owner of multiple pets themselves, they are responsible and dependable and I could not reccomend them enough!

Let me know if your pet has any anxiety issues or other needs that may need to be accounted for. I have a lot of experience administering medication and dealing with anxious dogs; my approach is typically to sit quietly with them while they get used to my presence.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
