About: I have been an animal lover for my whole life! In the past I have worked at an animal clinic as a kennel technician, caring for boarding dogs and cats. You can count on me to take care of your furry friend! I am currently working part-time so my schedule is pretty flexible. Available on a weekly basis. Most evenings I am free with most weekends and weekdays open! I have a fenced yard with a friendly dog and a chill cat. My dog is pretty active and loves other dogs so he would also love making new friends! We go on walks 1-2 times a day.

We live in a quite neighborhood near the lake, with a nice fenced backyard where your dog can play fetch, frisbee or just relax in the sunshine ! I work from home and own a 3 year old Australian Shepherd who will soon become your dogs best friend! I make sure to take my dog on daily walks and your fur baby will always tag along ! But when I met Grace and Devin for the first time, I was reassured that they would be very nurturing and would care for my dog. They are very nice people and in addition, Devin is a professional dog trainer. They have a spacious backyard and a very nice set-up where the dogs can play. I left my dog with them for a day and it was a wonderful experience. They were very kind to my dog and helped her get settled in slowly in their home and with the other dogs that they were caring for. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was very young. I grew up with 3 big dogs. I would feed, water, walk and play with them everyday. Since they’ve gotten older I can’t play with them as much, but I walk them all the time. I adopted a puppy in 2022. He has been a challenge but I wouldn’t change him for the world. I’m currently working part-time but your pets are my number one priority. Their needs come before my job. I stay with the dogs most of the day. I go home for about an hour or two then come straight back. As soon as I get there I let them outside to go to the bathroom, and depending on the time I either play with them or I feed and water them.

About: I have taken care of my dog since I was 6. From walks and feeding, then eventually to giving meds, cleaning teeth, and taking him to the vet. He is almost 15 years old so I am very experienced with the care of older dogs. I often take care of family members and friends dogs and love to learn the personality’s of each dog to determine what they need in their day to day routines. I am currently home from college for the summer so I can spend almost all day with pets and give them my undivided attention. I go on walks with my dog in the late afternoon so the hot concrete does not bother his paws. I have large fenced in yard, with a very friendly older dog who loves nap time. We do not keep crates in the home but can do so if one is provided. Dogs are given free rein and are welcome on the beds and couches. We also have very comfortable dog beds they can choose from.

In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience caring for birds, fish, rodents (have personally owned guinea pigs, hamsters, and rats), and any type of farm animal --I am an equestrian. I'm also available for farm sitting. I'm currently in school so I have a pretty flexible schedule. For house sitting, I would need to leave your home during the day to go to class and to check on things at my place, however, I take care not to stay gone more than a two hours at a time. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is that a sitter follows all directions to a T. This is especially important if any medications or supplements need to be administered. I vow to do the same for any of my clients. For dogs, my goal is potty breaks every 2-4 hours (more often if puppy), and prioritizing play time. For cats, I strive to create a serene environment, and once they warm up to me, I take time to give them plenty of play options. For dogs, I require a meet and greet before sitting for you.

“Linda is fantastic! I had a death in my family and had to fly out of town on short notice. I kept getting turned down by Rover sitters because of that but Linda was kind enough to schedule a meet & greet in a few days time. I’m so glad she was available! My girl immediately warmed up to Linda which was such a good sign because my girl can be very frightened of new people and she wasn’t at all! Linda’s girl Countess and Mabel got along well. I could tell they’d probably play initially but mostly do their own thing since they’re so sweet and laid back. They loved running around in Linda’s calming and spacious backyard and Mabel loved discovering Countess’ toy chest lol When I’ve taken Mabel to pet boarding hotels she doesn’t come back her normal happy self. This lets me know she wasn’t properly cared for which is why I avoid those. She came back to me happy and her regular loving self and that just affirmed how well Linda took care of her!
