Lauren did a great job watching my senior Great Dane Lenora. She was communicative and accomodating.

Lauren was awesome! She took excellent care of all of our pets and kept us updated every day with thoughtful notes and photos. We came home to happy animals and a wonderfully clean pet room. She was reliable, caring, and easy to work with. We’d definitely book her again and highly recommend her services.

I hate to leave anything but 5 stars, but I can't in this instance unfortunately. Lauren was super sweet and thorough when meeting the girls for the first time while we were there. We were leaving for a couple of weeks and did a trial run, all went well. The main things were asked for was just to make visit with the girls and make sure they had food and water. We also left out some cleaning supplies with main request just being to sweep up some of the litter because the girls track it everywhere. No sweeping was done but that's not that big of a deal. The main problem is that one of our two feeders was empty and their water was also empty. She did visit daily and scooped the litter but the lack of water and food is a huge concern. A small bag of additional food had been left for refilling the smaller feeder if it ran out and we had asked for the waters to be refilled occasionally so it was pretty upsetting to come back to that not done.

Lauren followed all directions well and was very kind when meeting to go over care instructions.

Lauren was phenomenal. Very communicative while were gone and appreciated her concern for our pets (especially our dog Emmy who has been goin through it lately). She spent adequate time checking in on our dogs and cats each time and we could tell when we came home that they had been cared for. We will definitely be reaching out to her again for any pet sitting/check ins needed in the future!

I love Lauren! She takes such good care of my guy when I’m gone and is such a kind person!
